4 weeks ago my hair was in a horrendous state after a self dying disaster but Gemma worked her magic. Talking me through treatments and getting me a shade lighter in the process. My hair now looks and feels fabulous. All the ladies at The salon are lovely and really make you feel welcome. Highly recommend. Thank you all so much but a massive thank you to Gemma for transforming my locks ????

Gemma is an Excellent Hairdresser, she is Friendly and very Professional at the same time. I have been coming to Rizzos on and off for around 8-9 Years, and had the same Hairdresser. Gemma really took the time and effort to understand and listen to what I wanted my Hair to look like, and she has done an excellent Job! Thank you so much for being so lovely! Had a lovely relaxing treatment and cut and blow dry. Stylist was very friendly and gave good advice. Booked for a colour next month as felt happy and confident with the service & atmosphere of the salon. Stylist did not try selling me lots of products which was nice, I have been to many salons where they spend all their time trying to sell u products and don’t really listen to your conversation so this was a really nice change.

I travel 45 minutes to get here to get my hair done by Ashley. I have about 15 salons near me and would be easy to go closer but I know I wouldn't be as happy with my hair as I am once I've been here. Ashley is an amazing all over hairdresser but especially blondes. I was recommed to use her and so glad I did. All staff are friendly, Jo always greets you with a smile and very welcoming. Definetly recommend Rizzo in Wellington.

Had my hair bleached, my hair broke off. None of the stylists said anything. They were all talking while “washing the dye out” charged me £140 and they didn’t even style it - never going back.

Jade is great! Always professional and always has great ideas, I went to Jade with bleach blonde hair that was snapping off and In really bad conditions over the last year she has given me so much advise on how to repair my hair and now it is lovely and silky. Every time I am made to feel welcome by all the staff. Wouldn’t go any where else.

Couldn’t have walked away happier if I tried! Even though the first time it was done it wasn’t too my taste, the way it was all handled was absolutely outstanding. Customer service is next to none and every one of the staff I met were attentive and extremely lovely! As for my hair, I’m in love! Listened exactly to what I wanted. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Thank you all!!

Always a nice welcome to the store, a nice cup of coffee and relaxing wash with feet up in a massage chair. Gemma is a real find, she cuts and blow dries my hair beautifully and is so friendly and natural.
