As soon you walk through the door you are greeted by a lovely lady on reception (Jo I think) and Elisha made me feel comfortable from the start to the finish was friendly and constantly asking what I thought and actually listened to what I wanted!! Already looking forward to my next visit.

Always go back to Ashley, she is amazing. Listens to what you ask for. Salon environment friendly and relaxing. Always offered drinks. All staff friendly

Kayleigh always takes the greatest care when doing your nails and her back massage was so relaxing and enjoyable. I love this salon as everyone is so friendly there.

I had to change my appointment and add my daughter in and it was all so easily accommodated. Very pleasant staff - nothing is too much trouble, from Jo on the desk to Elisha who cut our hair. Elisha put us at our ease and listened to what we wanted, taking care to make sure we were happy at every stage. A very positive experience. Thanks everyone ?

The service was excellent, unable to remember stylists name, but she was the only one on Tuesday 20th at 3pm, plus a receptionist. I felt very sorry for the stylist being left on her own when the receptionist left. Somebody was coming from the Shrewsbury salon to cover but had not arrived by the time I left the premises.
