The pandemic is a pain in the neck for everyone, but one thing it does achieve is to sort out the really great businesses from the average or not so good. Tony & Guy in Bath is consistently fabulous and they have gone out of their way to provide the exact same level of service and professionalism that they offer in more normal times. They never fail to be kind, friendly and efficient, their hairdressing skills are outstanding and you always come out looking good and feeling happy.

Fab cut and blow dry from Liam this morning and a brand new style, really well executed. The salon is really well looked after.
I had not used Toni and Guy in Bath before but was pleased with the service I received. Customers are required to wait outside until greeted by a member of staff to avoid congestion in the reception area. The stations were well spaced out and PPE provided.
My stylist, Shannon, was very pleasant and gave me a great bob cut.
Arrived at the salon, greeted by friendly person on reception.
Immediately seated comfortably, social distancing taken in to consideration,coffee brought. The wonderful Laura saw what needed doing, proceeded to mix 3 colours , highlights arranged, lovely to catch up, such a skilled and friendly team, Fab. ?
As always, a charming smiling reception team, a thorough and relaxing shampoo ready for Kath to work her unbelievable magic with comb and scissors.
The best stress- reducing outing for months in a safe , professional and lovely atmosphere.

Disappointing. The colourist greeted me with.’ You haven been to us before’. In fact I’ve been going to Toni & Guy for over 20 years. Although I’d booked a half head a full head had been expected so it meant waiting quite a long time. The worse thing was the colourist asked a colleague who’d done my hair before which colours to use relieved she said that she wouldn’t have to go back done to the computer I leave with wet hair so didn’t notice until I got home that darker colours were used. I don’t feel myself tonight ! The salon was busy but I am disappointed
Visited for my six weekly colour top up with Shannon. Excellent service start to finish- wouldn’t go anywhere else

First time I have had my hair styled by Ada...she was an absolute delight. She cut my hair brilliantly and explained everything she was doing throughout the entire appointment. So, I am thrilled with the end result. Please don't leave Ada...I will be back !!!

Kersha coloured my hair and one of the Shannon’s cut it and both were wonderful. Place felt very covid secure, service is always excellent and cut and colour look great. I always feel welcome and well looked after, such a treat!
Sadly, the receptionist just left me standing unattended (not even “Good morning “). Eventually I was seen and all was well.
The stylist is very good, listens to what is needed/ wanted and does it.

I couldn’t be more happy with my hair, from start to finish my whole experience was really relaxing. Guidelines were followed to the T and with complete professionalism. Lisa did a fab job with my colour and to top it all off the stylist who blow dried my hair was kind enough to introduce me to mermaid waves & I loved my hair when I walked out!!!

I visited Kersha after having highlights done at another salon that I really wasn’t happy with. My hair was very brassy and had lots of different colours in it, she has done an amazing job toning my hair down and it looks so much more natural than it did before! This is my first time at the salon but it definitely won’t be my last :)

I drive down from London to have my hair cut by Elliot! and have done so for a number of years now. I have a Toni & Guy on the street I live on but still think it’s worth driving down to Bath to see Elliot and will continue to do so! Thank you.
