Laura understood what I needed. Pleased with the result which is much more manageable.
Ada was super friendly and made sure she understood what I wanted and was happy and explained the process well. I felt safe coming into the salon and the salon was following the guidelines but still made the customer comfortable. Ada was incredibly careful and checked how the colour was taking to my hair and checked with me before making a decision and clear expertise. Very happy with how it turned out exactly what I asked for matched the pictures perfectly.

You have increased your prices & spent the money on cheap, environmentally damaging promotionsl tat. If you think this load of tat, which got chucked straight in the bin would encourage my patronage, you are very wrong. It has done quite the reverse

I am not 100% sure if I have the stylists name correct. My appt was last Friday in bath. She was understanding and listened to what I was hoping to achieve and made a real effort for such a low cost booking. Also helped me with products. I would def recommend the express booking with the personal I met and will book in again. Thank you.
Had my hair cut and styled by Charlotte Perkins today - she is amazing! My hair has been long and boring for a while and she transformed it whilst keeping the length. I love it again, thank you!
Kersha was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I have skin allergies which I always feel anxious letting salons no that I can't use there products however she was completely understanding. Under the current circumstances all hygiene standards where great and I felt safe. I was happy with my hair cut and Kersha was very attentive and took the time to listen to everything I wanted in my cut and style.
A couple of suggestions for the salon;
1) an option to remove strands of hair from customers face after cut, due to the restrictions I assume the usual face brushes can't be used but an alternative or a disposable flannel could be helpful, especially for people having there hair cut very short or their fringe cut.
2) the salon is lovely, the bottom floor is smaller then the top floor. I got placed on the top floor which I was very happy about as I have anxiety and the bottom floor felt more busy with people coming in and out. There could be an option when booking for people to ask for upstairs / a quiet spot etc.
3) I feel most people used to give tips in cash, under the current circumstances I feel not many people are carrying cash anymore. I usually give a tip but wasn't sure how to on card as I would want the tip to go straight too Kersha. There could be an option on the card reader to give a tip if customers wish too.

I had my hair cut by ADA and she was fantastic. Great cut and she really listened to me (ie I don’t want to spend time grooming and blow-drying!). I’ll be back.
Saw Charlotte today for a cut and colour. She is so helpful as I have lots of allergies and can be allergic to the hair dye. Great cut as normal and the colour is good as well and so far no problems but had another patch test

Liam was very friendly and involved me with every step of the process. Hair cuts are always a little anxiety provoking for me but Liam put me at ease almost immediately. I will be booking with Liam again, in future.
Josh cut my hair beautifully. My first cut since way before lock down. Very welcoming and friendly and honest.
Every customer is given their own sealed pack on arrival (mask, gown and a couple of towels). There was perfect distancing and screens between each wash basin. Overall a very safe and pleasant experience.
All staff very welcoming. Arrangements for safety clear and well communicated. Fabulous post lockdown hair cut. Claire really took the time to find out what I wanted and delivered. Salon making every effort in difficult circumstances
I have been going to the salon for about 2 years and this is my second appointment with Shannon and she has been really great. Shannon is really good at understanding what is good for my hair and I was really happy with the results following my appointment yesterday. Overall, the customer service is really good at the salon and I look forward to going back! I think the salon has really good hygiene standards and follow the government guidelines perfectly.
