im very pleased about thier customer service i went as a walk in client and they were so kind to accept me ..and the best thing is i like how she did my thick hair to look and feel thinner

Took my daughter to see Katie to get her hair cut. Katie was very caring, listening to how we’d like her hair cut. Not only did Katie cut Rosa’s hair exactly how she liked it, she dried her hair beautifully. Rosa was so pleased as was I. The staff were friendly and chatty. Thank you Katie!
