Tash and I were just discussing during my haircut that I have been coming here since they opened 8 years ago. I think that says it all. Tash and her staff are very welcoming and friendly. And my hair cut is always just how I want it.

Rang up a day prior my appt to find out exact prices- lady on the phone didnt really sound like she knew was she was talking about however I took her word for it. Quoted me £55 for half head highlights & cut then Quoted me £75 for full head highlights & cut. I decided to go for the Full head. When I got there I brought the telephone conversation up, turns out she worked it out all wrong & I ended up paying £103!! Thats INCULDING my 20% discount. All staff were not apologetic at all, didnt really seem to care. Atmosphere is quite dull & staff come across slightly snobby however once you do manage to get a word out of them seem to be lovely people. Think I will stick with my usual hairdressers. Will not be returning.

Just popped in for a quick trim to keep my hair healthy. I booked the appointment yesterday and was booked in for the next day which was super quick! Was in and out in just 20 mins as I opted out of a blow dry. Value was amazing and the quick cut was ideal for slotting into my busy schedule!

It was my first time at Parks and I will definitely be going back. Katie was great, very friendly and did exactly what I asked for. I couldn't fault the whole experience and love my hair. Even though it cost double what I normally pay, I still think it's reasonable and the fact that I left my old salon due to bad service and cuts, proves that it's worth paying that bit extra. I also like the ease of the online booking site and the fact that I was given a cup of tea!

I have just had my haircut by Felicity. Unfortunately I am in the process of losing my hair because of chemotherapy. Felicity was incredibly understanding, very gentle with washing my hair. I even got an amazing head massage which made me feel special. I have come away with a new style, my hair looking thicker and me feeling more like me. Thank you so very much xx

Katie at Parks in Moorland Road listens carefully to what you want and then delivers a lovely crisp cut and blow-dry. Can't ask for more!

Hairdressers was clean and professional. Great smelling products and lovely service. Website was a little confusing, but they followed up my booking with a call and managed to a just my appointment accordingly. Brilliant cut, little shorter than I wanted but just adds to the longevity of the cut.

For someone who used to hate going to the hairdressers Parks is the most comfortable I have felt. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They also take on board your views and wishes and work with you to achieve what you want. Highly recommend Parks

I explained that I was trying to grow my hair and that I really needed just a trim and the stylist knew immediately what was needed and didn't cut too much off but just enough to make it neat and manageable. I will definitely go back

Two of your ladies cut both my daughters hair today, was very impressed with them. It was quick and easy.

I had a wash, cut and blow dry by Katie. She’s done an amazing job especially as I haven’t had my hair cut in a good year or so! Would definitely recommend! The salon was clean, warm and friendly.

I was recommended by a friend who has her hair done here as I was wanting to treat myself for a special birthday. I was having quite a drastic change but any hesitations were quickly reassured & everything was explained to me fully before making a decision & getting started to be sure I was 100% with my decision. Excellent friendly atmosphere- all steps were explained to me as they happened, I was offered refreshments throughout my 4 hours at the salon & felt very comfortable. I am absolutely over the moon with my new hairstyle & colour so will definitely be recommending you to friends & family & will 100% be returning! ;) thank you ladies

It just turned out a little more lighter than I would’ve hoped for. And more highlights near the front of my hair than I wanted but overall it’s a nice salon with great staff!

First time I have used parks, really good service and very happy with the results. Hairdresser did not mind when I decided I wanted more cut off near the end of my cut. Very reasonably priced especially with student discount
