First time using salon and staff were very friendly and accommodating of my request for an upstyle for an event .. it stayed in for 48 hours !

I came in today at 9.20 and asked if you had any appointments as I had been let down by another hairdresser, I was luckily offered a 9.30 appointment. The lady who cut my hair, Char, I think, was very friendly, helpful with advise and made me feel at ease. Love my new cut and really pleased my other hairdresser let me down! Will be back again. Thank you, would highly recommend

When I first came in to book we discussed and , I said I like my colour. Which was a warm dark blonde and a shade lighter warm blonde which I said I liked, I said I'd like my roots matched to the darker blonde and a much lighter blonde done in a balayage style, to lighten my look. When I came in we discussed the same thing. I also for their reference mentioned that I used boxed dye 7 and 1, so they would know what chemicals where on my hair. She only dyed all my roots and put bleach on the top of my hair and then toned it to an awful dark grey ash blonde that's got a tint green. Not even in a balayage style. My hair now has two different tones/colourdls, on top this awful colour and underneath the original warm blondes I came in with. And it's darker and duller then i first came in.
I phoned in and she tried to blame me for colour choice! I won't go back, I don't trust the colourist.

This was my first visit to the salon, having lived locally for a few years. The girls were all very welcoming and friendly, I received a great colour and cut (from Katie), had some good coffee and read magazines which were available digitally, so don’t forget your iPad!
