On my very first visit today I found Reflections in Nailsea to be very welcoming and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and professional.
Kitty cut my hair beautifully and did exactly as I asked. I am loving my new haircut and will definitely be returning !

I have fine hair which stylists can find difficult to cut and style. I have been going to Reflections in Nailsea for over 10 years now and have simply found Emma S. the best for cutting, styling and caring for my fine hair. The salon is always tidy, clean and welcoming, hair (or any) problems are listened to carefully and courtesy for the customer is number one.
I went to several other salons before I found Emma S. at Reflections in Nailsea and they simply did not compare. I am anticipating a house move this year to Taunton, but will still return to Nailsea to have my hair cut by Emma S.

Had my first appointment at Reflections Nailsea today and couldn’t fault the service. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the salon was clean and bright. Kitty put me at my ease and I left feeling fresh and my hair silky soft and healthy.
There was no pushing for services or products I didn’t want and I felt listened to as far as my preferences were concerned.
From start to finish I felt in good hands. And Kitty checked at each stage with me as to how it was looking. As a result the cut is fantastic and exactly how I wanted it. Hair looks shiny and healthy and feels lovely and smooth. It also didn’t take very long which I appreciated
