Simone was very nice and gave good suggestions re my hair. It looked very good when it was finished. My only negative experience was that when I rang to book my appointment I asked how much it would be and I was quoted £51. As I had a gift voucher for £50 this was ideal. However when I came to pay I was charged £64, which I didn’t have time to query as I was rushing for a bus.
When I got home I found a price list online, this showed that prices were dependant on how long the appointment had taken. Because mine had been just under an hour the cost showed as £61 for an hours appointment, and then £64 for creative, which must be what I had.
I’m not being difficult or wanting to get anyone into trouble but I really feel that if you specifically ask for a quote that should be correct, especially in these current times when everything is going up and money can be tight.
I would like to return to your salon again and I’m hoping that if I don’t need too much work done next time I might be able to fit in to a £51 appointment! X

Took my granddaughter aged 5 today for a haircut and she was treated like a princess! She loved it and will only allow Simone to cut her hair ( and wash and blow dry it)!

I like to try something different everytime I visit the salon. I know that whatever I decide Chantelle always goes through a couple of options and steers me in the right direction, I did make one mistake this year I should have listened to chantelle but decided to go with my gut feeling......BIG mistake!!! So moving forward Chantelle is the expert and she never fails me with her skills.
I enjoy visiting the salon as its my pamper time and going through a difficult time recently she always makes my experiences special.
This time I went with her advice and had 3 colours put into my hair and the end result is fantastic & her cutting skills are epic.
