Fantastic cut but salon is tatty and v dated

Thank you so much for the opportunity of trying this new treatment.
I gave the prize to my Daughter as she struggles to manage her curly/fuzzy hair.
We had a wonderful time at the Salon yesterday and the stylist was very welcoming and friendly (sorry can’t remember her name ????)
We are very excited to see how the treatment benefits her and whether it is something that we could consider having done in the future ????.

And a fabulous haircut!

The cut and restyle Louise gave my 7 year old granddaughter was amazing and exactly what she wanted. It was her first time in a proper salon or having anything more than a trim and even though she was excited to be donating 7" of her lovely locks to the Little Princess Trust the occasion could have been emotional. Louise's easy manner was very reassuring and her patience was impressive when the fidgets set in. It is a very skilful cut with precision layering and it suits her beautifully. Thank you so much.

What a lovely little find - hidden away in Congresbury.

I have been a religious city centre salon attendee for years, but after having my daughter I needed a salon locally.

The service from start to finish was superb - very friendly and welcoming.

Yet again time well spent in Broad street, Congresbury. Love my colour and new hair cut is just as I wanted. I love it. Always well looked after from the warm greeting from Ann at the door, to the careful wash and professional care thereafter. Kelly is a Jem and I thouroughly reccomend her.

Very friendly and welcoming. I rang On a busy Saturday and they took my details and rang me back to say they had managed to find me an appointment. Lovely wash cut and blow dry. Attention to detail very good. Lovely cut thank you Courtney.

Was very impressed with my cut today with Kelly. She was attentive and asked plenty of relevant questions as it was the first time she'd cut my hair and I have walked out very pleased. The salon staff were lovely, and I felt welcomed. I've been flirting with the idea of getting highlights, having not had them before, and because of how comfortable I felt at the salon have now booked this in after getting a patch test.

I have been going to Broad Street, Congresbury since 1999. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is a lovely salon and all the staff are really friendly. I would recommend the salon to everyone.

First time in a salon for about 15 years as had a hairdresser who came to my house.
Chose this salon and Kelly in particular as had always admired someone's haircut who told me this was the salon and stylist she used.
So glad I did as was made to feel so welcome and Kelly took time to find out what I wanted.
It is difficult to find someone to cut short really well but Kelly did a great job and I am really happy!!
Will definitely be a regular from now on!!

My daughter had her hair coloured by Courtney who did an amazing job. Her hair looked incredibly natural and was exactly the colour she wanted. A fab blow dry to finish was the icing on the cake. Great job would thoroughly recommend Courtney. .

I had a lovely experience with Kelly last week at the Congresbury salon, it was my first appointment with Kelly, she made me feel very relaxed and she got what I wanted spot on!

I have very thin hair from having two children but Kelly coloured my hair with a wash out colour so not to cause any more damage and thanks to the loyalty scheme I had a free gloss treatment which was amazing and my hair is still feeling smooth and shiny . Excellent cut and I will definitely be returning :)

Just had a wedding hair trial at Broad street with my mother. Louise was really nice and listened to exactly what we wanted. We have now booked in for the wedding day as no need to try elsewhere. We are thrilled with the service we received and our hairstyles are fantastic.

Great stylist. The salon is tired, the toilet not great. Where is reinvestment? Very expensive. Hope the manager appreciates it's the stylist and amazing receptionist that pull me back and nothing about them.
