I’ve been going to broad st for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. You’ll not find a more professional, friendly salon experience anywhere else! Everyone is warm and welcoming, and the skill level of the staff across the salons is top notch! Hats off to them all, especially in this hot weather.

turned up for my massage appointment (having taken the afternoon off work) only to be told the lady giving "relaxing" massage was off sick.
Having returned home, opened my diary to re arrange the appointment, i was told someone would ring me back later, only then to be contacted while working (&not having my personal diary to hand) very frustrating to contact!!

Been coming for 20+ years and, as always, completely satisfied. They all have time for you.

The cut and restyle Louise gave my 7 year old granddaughter was amazing and exactly what she wanted. It was her first time in a proper salon or having anything more than a trim and even though she was excited to be donating 7" of her lovely locks to the Little Princess Trust the occasion could have been emotional. Louise's easy manner was very reassuring and her patience was impressive when the fidgets set in. It is a very skilful cut with precision layering and it suits her beautifully. Thank you so much.

I have been a religious city centre salon attendee for years, but after having my daughter I needed a salon locally.

Yet again time well spent in Broad street, Congresbury. Love my colour and new hair cut is just as I wanted. I love it. Always well looked after from the warm greeting from Ann at the door, to the careful wash and professional care thereafter. Kelly is a Jem and I thouroughly reccomend her.

Was very impressed with my cut today with Kelly. She was attentive and asked plenty of relevant questions as it was the first time she'd cut my hair and I have walked out very pleased. The salon staff were lovely, and I felt welcomed. I've been flirting with the idea of getting highlights, having not had them before, and because of how comfortable I felt at the salon have now booked this in after getting a patch test.

I have been going to Broad Street, Congresbury since 1999. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is a lovely salon and all the staff are really friendly. I would recommend the salon to everyone.

First time in a salon for about 15 years as had a hairdresser who came to my house.
Chose this salon and Kelly in particular as had always admired someone's haircut who told me this was the salon and stylist she used.
So glad I did as was made to feel so welcome and Kelly took time to find out what I wanted.
It is difficult to find someone to cut short really well but Kelly did a great job and I am really happy!!
Will definitely be a regular from now on!!
