My daughter had her hair coloured by Courtney who did an amazing job. Her hair looked incredibly natural and was exactly the colour she wanted. A fab blow dry to finish was the icing on the cake. Great job would thoroughly recommend Courtney. .

I had a lovely experience with Kelly last week at the Congresbury salon, it was my first appointment with Kelly, she made me feel very relaxed and she got what I wanted spot on!

I have very thin hair from having two children but Kelly coloured my hair with a wash out colour so not to cause any more damage and thanks to the loyalty scheme I had a free gloss treatment which was amazing and my hair is still feeling smooth and shiny . Excellent cut and I will definitely be returning :)

Just had a wedding hair trial at Broad street with my mother. Louise was really nice and listened to exactly what we wanted. We have now booked in for the wedding day as no need to try elsewhere. We are thrilled with the service we received and our hairstyles are fantastic.

Great stylist. The salon is tired, the toilet not great. Where is reinvestment? Very expensive. Hope the manager appreciates it's the stylist and amazing receptionist that pull me back and nothing about them.

Went in with a picture for how i wanted my hair to be coloured but it came out very dark. The stylist advised me to live with it a few days to see if i got used to it. I didnt it was aweful. Broad st congresbury sorted it out for me back to my original colour. Thank you ladies you were great. At the new yatton branch i also asked for a block cut fringe as per the picture this was also chopped into and left way too short. Went in with long hair came out with short hair. Asked for a long bob cut as per my picture got a short non bob cut. The whole experience left me really upset.

I was too busy nattering to notice my hair being cut. All the grey has now disappeared. Great job!

Absolutely thrilled with my cut and blowdry today with Tracey. Booked in for my next one in five weeks. Five star treatment lovely salon and friendly staff.

Came in today for my cut and colour - love the colour but the cut isn't what I asked for. I felt *****'* attitude changed when i asked her to take some off the back and have been left with long tufts at the front.

Please can I cancel my future bookings on 15 July and 23 September.

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and have always been pleased with the friendly service, good hair cut etc which I can't fault. I have put up with the rather dated and neglected (damp, peeling paint, strange smells coming from staff room) salon. But I have now decided that for the amount of money I am paying I want a more modern, luxurious well maintained environment in which to spend a couple of hours before parting with my hard earned cash. Although I have always been more than pleased with my hair there are other hairdressers just as good out there in salons who re invest in their product. So, I'm sorry to say that I am voting with my feet and going elsewhere.
