I was booked in to see Charlotte next Thursday 16th Feb but phoned today and managed to get in .
Anne on reception was as always a delight. Couldn't be more helpful , polite and bubbly.
Charlotte who I've been seeing for well over a year now listened to my ideas , we discussed at length and she fulfilled my expectations. I'm delighted with a slightly lighter colour and a shorter style.

I had a brilliant cut, dye and blow dry by Charlotte at the Congresbury BroadStHair. She gave me a brilliant consultation, showing me all the possibilities that would work on my hair and made me feel very confident in her abilities. Everyone was chatty and friendly and I am really very pleased with the final result. The colour is exactly what I asked for and so much better than my original colour!
I shall definitely be recommending to my friends and returning from now onwards!!

As always, I had a lovely appointment with Charlotte. Really happy with my experience at Broad St, and also had a great experience taking my 18 month old for a trim with her recently. Charlotte was very patient with my wriggly girl.

I had the privilege of having my hair coloured, cut and blow waved by Charlotte. Was so impressed by the professional and friendly service I received from the time I walked in till I left. Everyone was friendly! Will definitely be back!

As always my hair looks great after my visit to broad street. I was a little disappointed with the wash as my hair got caught several times on either nails or buttons of the person washing my hair. Apart from that my experience was relaxing and I now look ready to face September.

Rhea has been looking after my hair for a number of years now and I have always been delighted with results. Her professional manner and unfailing ability to remember previous conversations makes me feel a valued client.

My appointment was with Charlotte today. I asked about a new colour grey/blue and showed Charlotte a photo. After discussion with a colleague and myself we " went for it " and I am absolutely delighted with the final result. Charlotte listened to my requests and produced for me !!!!!!!
We have built up a " hair relationship " and I trust her totally.

Always a special welcome from Ann at reception, very professional. Staff are friendly and my stylist, Sarah, is consistently excellent. However, the salon decor is not so good. Desperately in need of total refurbishment. For a training salon with not so cheap prices I expect a far better abience when having my hair done. Exposed pipe work, damp patches on ceiling, peeling paint, hair wash area depressing, a drain smell eminating from the staff area and dated work stations etc, etc. If this is meant to represent the Broadst chain of salons then it is severely lacking. If it wasn't for Sarah I would seek a salon elsewhere. About time profits were re-invested in the property. Come on Wayne and Tracy, you have a good product so invest in it.

I love the staff at broad street congresbury and they do a very good job on my hair EVERYTIME, but I must say the salon is in very much need of a complete refurbishment. e.g mould up the walls and sign out the front of salon is falling down. I also noticed some unfinished pipe work out the back of the salon which has a nasty smell. I think something needs to be done before you start losing customers including myself.

Anne the receptionist is an exceptional member of staff-I can't fault her, brilliant in every way. My hairdresser was equally as welcoming and informative. However I felt my appointment was rushed-someone was sat in my chair when I arrived and I had to wait 20mins to be seen (the lovely Anne made me tea whilst I waited). I felt I was over charged £46.95 considering I didn't have long in the chair. I'm not quite sure why it cost so much for a cut and blow dry?

I went in today on the off-chance that I could have my colour and straightening done and although the salon appeared busy, they fitted me on straight away. All the staff are so pleasant and professional, and I consistently get the right colour applied to my hair. A lovely hair treatment and massage, two decaffe coffees, and a lovely chat. I have long, thick light brown curly hair, but always come out with silky soft natural-looking straight blonde hair. Thanks very much all at Broad Street, Congresbury!

Really pleased. Jan is a lovely lady. She listened to me and really tried hard to give me the result that i was looking for and gave god advice. She has a lot of experience and brings this to her job. I would def recommend her. Nice salon and staff.

As usual I had a lovely treatment today from the wonderful Charlotte at Broad St Hair, Congresbury. Having my hair done with Charlotte is always an experience I look forward to. I'm always happy with what she does to my hair and she's also wonderfully personable and chatty. Thanks Charlotte!

Charlotte put my hair up for the annual Farmer's Ball and it was lovely and stayed up all night - in fact I had a real job to get all the pins out - but everyone commented on how good it looked. Thank you Charlotte for the time and care you took!

I have been lucky enough to have had Louise as my hair dresser for about 15 years now! Had my hair highlighted yesterday and cut and blow dried, as always a lovely experience coming to the friendly salon. I always thank Louise before I go but always find that my hair looks even better when I come home and look in my own mirror! So a Big Thanks to Louise for always doing a good job as well as passing on lots of useful hairdressing tips!
Just one thing - please replace the stairwell carpet before it walks away on its own, your customers and workers deserve it xx

Always feel welcome and valued.

Firstly the receptionist Ann is excellent, she could not be more attentive and she is one of the reasons I return. Kelly is my stylist and she is also attentive and talented. My more negative comments would be the salon itself which looks tired. I feel that the environment is important and shows a willingness to invest in the company and improve the client experience. I also feel that the? manager or owner Wayne should speak to all customers,he has spoken to me once in 2 years. I am a manager (in a different field)and so I notice this.All the stylists seem bubbly and friendly but it is quite segregated, almost as if stylists rent their chairs and must only speak to their own clients. Would I still go if Kelly or Ann left, probably not.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened. It is always a pleasurable and relaxing experience and today was no exception. All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Tracey is my stylist and has been brilliant (especially being sympathetic and going that extra mile when I needed it), Rhea is my colourist and is also my younger daughter's stylist. Also, Louise produced a wonderful style for my eldest daughter's hair for her wedding eighteen months ago. Thank you to everyone.
