When I arrived I found my usual hair dresser was off sick. I was transferred to another hairdresser who did a wonderful job. I have been coming to Broadst for over 2 years. Recommend.

Haven't been to Broad Street in a while, but went back today. Thank you so much Charlotte (Congresbury branch) for listening to me and for making hair beautiful again. I love it! I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Great service as usual. Dan is amazing, did a great job and always a good laugh.

I booked a wash and cut last minute as it was my birthday and been feeling abit rubbish. Everyone knows when you get your hair cut it makes you feeling 100 times better. I asked the stylist I booked with for a long bob. I know my hair needed a decent cut but to ask for something which the stylist agreed with…….. I now have the shortest hair I have ever had and I hate it. I sat in my car when I left tried to tie my hair up and cried my eyes out. I know I’m 6/8 weeks time once it’s grown I will like it but I feel sick looking on the mirror and won’t wear it down now. The stylist was lovely and was listening to what I wanted but she kept taking more and more off the length and I knew it would be even shorter once dry. I hate complaining but this makes me not want to go to a hair dressers again.

I returned to the salon after having lived away from the area for a few months. It was a really nice treat! Louise is a brilliant stylist and always does a brilliant job of my unruly hair. Thank you!

I have used this salon for a while now and always have a good experience. From start to finish I always feel welcome. The salon always looks clean, tidy and well presented.

Today I had an apprentice wash my hair who is very considerate and polite (I didn’t manage to catch her name) as we talked it became apparent that the experience that she is gaining from working at this salon is helping her to grow in her confidence. I want to say that she did a good job and looked after me. She’s got the makings of a great hairdresser ?

Dan is very experienced and always makes me feel welcome. As a regular client I can choose to discuss any changes I would like if I wish to do so. Today I was happy to let him cut my hair to the style I have had consistently over the last few months. I’m very happy how my hair turns out. Dan knows how to style it according to my hair type and how my hair moves. Thanks Dan ? keep up the good work ☺️
