Received good service from all. Dan, as usual, is always patient with me as I keep changing my mind of what colour or hair style!!!!!! He is very professional and alway cheerful.

I recently visited the Congresbury branch. Gemma was my stylist and was so kind and informative. She discussed my pictures with me and helped me to make an informed decision on my chosen hair cut and style. She was really kind throughout and gave me lots of helpful tips. It felt like she really took the time to consider what would look best on me and discussed how I would best achieve it. I really enjoyed my haircut, as well as the finished look and will be back again. Thank you Gemma.

I’ve found in the past that hairdressers generally give you good service as a new customer before it tails off somewhat. However, I’ve been going to Broad Street for over 10 years and I’m still getting the same excellent attention and quality that I did on my first visit.

Dan cut my son and daughters hair on Saturday. They are 4 &7 and very recently lost their Dad. Dan was so lovely with them, messing around and making them giggle. They both look super cute with their new hairstyles, but this was so much more than a hair cut. Thank you Dan and all of the Congresbury team ?

A warm welcome ,relaxing atmosphere, my hairdresser is helpful and friendly and takes time to give advice on my hair and makes me feel fantastic with my colouring of my hair making it a relaxing vist.

Charlotte has yet again excelled herself in creating the exact look I was hoping for the colour is spot on and the restyle has left me with a manageable but current style. Loved the hot towels whilst having my hair washed to along with a lovely cuppa!

Little disappointed because my usual stylist was away I booked with a different one and felt my appointment was hurried and not as thorough as normal therefore experience wasn’t as good as I’m used to

I've had my hair done by Charlotte in the congresbury salon twice now, I'm not massively decisive when it comes to how I want my hair or even that bothered, but she's so patient and helped me figure it out.
