Broad Street Congresbury

Charlotte did a great job of cutting my daughter’s hair. My daughter has never really enjoyed having her hair cut, but Charlotte put her at ease and included her in the decisions on her hair, which was fab. Overall very happy.

Today I had a full head of highlights done by Issy. Couldn’t be happier with the results. She was very polite & professional. She did my hair exactly how I wanted & even better than I imagined. Looking forward to getting my hair done by her again ! Would recommend Issy to anyone !

I always enjoy my visit to Broad Street, first in Winscombe now in Congresbury. Everyone is friendly, efficient and kind especially my stylist Dan who I have known for many years, 15 we worked out!

Another excellent haircut for me from Tracy. Broad Street have kept all their safe covid standards from the very beginning, still mask wearing & hand sanitation for everyone even when restrictions were eased. A very friendly safe place to have your hair done.?.

Have been using tis salon for some time now and have never been disappointed. There is a friendly but professional atmosphere. During the pandemic I always felt safe with their precautions. Would highly recommend them.

Treated myself to some lovely highlights and a wash, cut and blow dry before a holiday. To save some pennies I went with their apprentice Izzy and I couldn't be happier with the job she's done!! The colours came out sooo nicely and she's shaped my hair so well around my face! Already loving the compliments from friends and family. I love my new hair and Izzy was amazing! Definitely recommend!

I had a cut and blow dry yesterday in Congresbury with Sarah. She did a perfect job with my very fine hair, and also cut it into a style that is very easy for me to manage at home.

I love the fact that Dan understands and shares my vision for my hair - he’s brilliant at creative cutting and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I've been coming to Broad St Hair for a few years, but this was the first time Dan cut my hair.
He straight away pointed out a couple of things that could benefit the health of my hair, carried out a perfect cut, and gave me food for thought for a future style.
Also, everyone is still wearing masks, etc, and I felt very safe.

Had my hair cut with Dan, he is so lovely, makes you feel so welcome, always does a fantastic short hair cut, you can really see how he takes pride in his work, we always have a giggle. Thank you Dan.

I really enjoy having my hair done at Broad Street it's so relaxing and always done to my satisfaction.

I paid £25.60 for a short back and sides and it’s nothing but average. One side isn’t even faded. I won’t be coming back!

My first visit to Broad St Congresbury but it definitely won't be my last! I was recommended by a friend to go and see Charlotte because I have spent the last 5 years without a regular hairdresser. I wanted a salon where the staff were friendly and welcoming, that was clean and tidy and who could just do a decent job of cutting my hair. I also decided to forego my usual browse of the colour aisle in Boots and have it done at the hairdressers instead.

I could not be happier with my experience. The staff were lovely, Charlotte was chatty and friendly and she is a miracle worker. This lady really, really knows her stuff when it comes to colour. She listened to me and understood what I wanted, then she suggested a couple of twists that I wasn't 100% convinced by but I decided to give it a go on the basis that if I didn't like it I can always grow it out.

I didnt need to worry, the colour is the best I have ever had (with apologies to my old hairdresser who won't read this because he emigrated to Oz 5 years ago)! It's amazing, the cut is great and the blow dry finish left my sorry that I didn't have somewhere to go and show off my new hair.

I cannot recommend her enough and I'm really looking forward to next time.

Usual high standard and excellent safety measures in place. Izzy gave a very good wash and lovely massage when applying conditioner. Very friendly too. Tracy as always made my hair look great.

Charlotte put my nervous daughter at ease immediately- so friendly and offered lots of suggestions and advice for my 13 year old
