Very happy with my cut and blow dry.

Really lovely to be pampered again after lockdown has eased. Covid controls are very good at the salon, making you feel very safe. Dan was brilliant, as ever, and styled my hair in a different way which looks fab! Highly recommend Broad St hair & beauty.

I can’t thank Olivia enough for such a perfect first hairdressers appointment for our (nearly) 2 year old. From the moment we stepped into the salon Olivia helped Cora feel relaxed and at ease. I was further impressed with the way Olivia managed to entertain the little one whilst also trimming her hair. It made the whole experience (which I was very nervous about) one to remember. I highly recommend Olivia for a first time haircut and I will be returning when Cora needs another one.

Had my first appointment here this week and I was so impressed with the colour and cut by Olivia! She totally understood what I wanted and I was so pleased with it - she was also really lovely to chat to! All of the staff were really welcoming - have finally found a fab new hair dresser/salon!

It was so good to see all the ladies in the Salon today. As always my two daughters 4 & 7 were treated with kindness & enjoyed getting their hair cut. Thank you!

Brilliant service, my daughter takes awhile to convince to cut her hair. Long curly hair, not the easiest to cut and fussy client ? Lily loved her cut my Lucy and made very welcomed by all the team. Very happy. Would definitely recommend.

First time ever having my hair dyed. They took time to go through the colour charts, explained all the options, and guided me to the right choice. Really happy with the outcome and final cut.

Louise put some low lights in the front of my grey hair and it now look fabulous

Hair cut by Sarah which was carried out professionally and a fab cut as usual. Sarah has been a fantastic hair dresser over the years helping me find the correct style and upkeep, lovely lady.

Speaking to many friends and family Broad Street seem to be the only hairdressers to add PPE, I did mention perhaps they hid there cost but apparently no change in cost?!

Always a good experience when your hairdresser is Livi even though the salon was cold.

I visited the Congresbury salon this morning where Dan as always makes you feel a million dollars with his excellent, personable service. Dan has transformed my hair and I can honestly say he’s the best hairstylist I’ve ever had !! I highly recommend him to all my friends and family, please pass this onto Dan as he’s such a massive asset to the salon.

Really pleased with my hair! I was really worried that the hair colour I wanted would not take but I am very glad it did! Thank you to the very bubbly Lucie for getting me the colour I wanted! Very lovely friendly staff, great Covid 19 measures in place. Shall return whenever that may be!

Despite being absolutely run off their feet trying to help as many clients as possible before the next lockdown, all the staff were still smiling and making sure everyone was made to feel special and look fabulous. Thank you ?

I thought I was lucky enough to get an appointment before the second lockdown was established but it became very apparent that there were many free appointments, even in the current climate.
From start to finish the process was a shambles. I called to book an appointment at the Nailsea salon but after having to chase multiple times I was informed that the appointment was made in Congresbury by mistake.
I made my way to the Congresbury salon and was met with a lovely receptionist and stylist. Unfortunately after 30 minutes from setting foot into the salon and walking out, I was charged for a full “restyling session” which if I did not have a discount code would have been £60!
I asked my stylist (*****) to cut off a significant length and add layers which I would have been more than happy to pay full price for if the layers and finish were up to standard. The length was taken off as requested but only one layer was added and I was rushed off before the next client arrived. 30 minutes for a full ‘wash and re-style (long hair) at full price is ridiculous and was very apparent in the state my hair was left in. However, he was Of course more interested and very informative and skilled in up-selling products.
While I was having my 30 minute rush session, I was very aware of my stylist telling the receptionist of all of the additional costs that were to be added to my final bill. It made me feel even more uncomfortable as it was very obvious that I would be able to hear what was being said.
Upon leaving the salon I was given a card to recommend friends and family. unfortunately after my experience I will not be doing this. I look forward to your response.

Lovely experience very covid friendly everything done so well salon is immaculate staff all great fun in haloween costumes charlotte revatalised my hair with great colour and cut perfect as always.

I have been going to broad street Congresbury for over 15 years and have always felt welcomed and it’s like catching up with friends, excellent service never had a bad experience there. Since the salon re opened after lock down due to COVID I always feel safe , standers are Second to none all colleagues are always happy and make it as normal as they can and a relaxing experience. Well done keep up the good work .

I currently have a frozen shoulder so can’t wash and blow dry my hair myself at the moment. Dan washed and dried my hair to perfection - it felt more like a pamper session! I always leave the salon feeling fabulous.

As I had not had a hair cut at a salon in 20 years. I cut my hair with kitchen scissors!! I decided that it was time to brave a saloon Dan put me at ease straight away and didn't criticze my have a go hair cut treated me with care and I left feeling great he did just what he said he would and it's been a positive experience and I've booked to come back thank you so much for your support and patience

Second time of Lucy doing my hair and I love it. I have dark brown with a hint of grey and by adding red and doing my roots brown it livens it up. Been going to BSH for many years now and love them all!

The staff are very friendly and are good at keeping conversations. Make you feel welcome

Quite a busy salon today, didn't realise the salon at Winscombe will be permanently shut. Not sure why the price has increased to £26.60 unless this covers the hair wash?
