As always Sam was amazing throughout my appointment. Very attentive, friendly and professional. Divine head massage during my hair wash (thanks Sam) and a great cut. I love the end result ?

Jaimi is an excellent hairdresser all round but I trust her especially as a colorist and can highly recommend her for anyone who has any concerns- she will look after you 100% and give you the results you are looking for.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with tranquility this morning. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Ellis was able to give me styling advice and recommendations as to what would work best for my hair and put me at ease throughout my appointment. I also received a hair wash and massage from Tori, which was a lovely added bonus! Looking forward to going back for my next appointment!

My trips to Tranquillity are always very pleasant. I have a lovely hairdresser who cuts my hair exactly as I like it and all the other staff are friendly and caring about my hearing and mobility issues. I highly recommend them all.

Sorry can't remember her name but she has as lovely. A really kind girl with great communication, very polite, kind and intelligent. Her hair cutting was also excellent - from the mess that arrived to bouncing locks that left, just great and everyone said so when I got home.
A real asset to your team, perfect.
