I've been getting my hair done by Ellis since April and she absolutely smashes it every time, so friendly and she always gives me exactly what I want and I leave happy and feeling amazing every time I get my hair cut. Highly recommend!!

I have never been one of those women who have the same hairdresser for years on end, but i now return to Tranquility every time for Karen to cut my 5 year old daughters hair as she is just amazing and my daughter loves her to pieces!
My daughter looks forward to seeing Karen every 5-6 weeks and filing her in on all the gossip and goings on in a 5 year olds world!!
Professionally Karen is able to juggle cutting my daughters hair in a perfect inverse bob (which is not easy on a perfectly static model, let alone a model who is bursting with energy and practically on the ceiling!!), whilst chatting to her and sharing her jokes and funny tales, and putting up with her interupting every 10 seconds trying to show her every photo ever taken on my phone, with a running commentary on every photo!!
My daughter is stopped so often when we are out and about and people always comment on her hairstyle and cut.....which she loves and tells them all about Karen at Tranquility!!
Karen deserves a medal both for her hairdressing abilities and her amazing interpersonal skills with my daughter, it really is like visiting a friend for her and she really loves coming to the salon.
Unfortunately Karen, I think you might be stuck with us!
At least you get 5 weeks to recover between each haircut!!- imagine living with her!!! Lol!!. X

This salon has to be the most friendliest in Somerset. I have used others in London and Somerset and this is by far the best. Tilly is great at doing my highlights and cut getting the colour exactly as I want. A very enjoyable experience all round and I would highly recommend this salon.

My appointment with Maddie was very pleasant. She's very professional and friendly and I feel she genuinely cares ans is interested when chatting to me.
I was also very grateful, that when I was offered a hot drink, I asked if there was dairy free milk (I've just been diagnosed lactose/gluten intolerant) and they had oat milk available.....win win hot drink ☕️ it was for me then. Thank you Tranquility for fab service.
