My normal stylist was off sick so Jaime stepped in. Great cut, she made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted as she had never cut my hair before. Walked out of the salon very happy.

Sam is brilliant !! Ever since the first appointment where we discussed ideas and did the patch test I have felt at ease ! Always delivers, I always leave feeling so happy and pleased with my new hair do !

When I first arrived I was offered a drink as well as my mother and younger sister, Jaimi was lovely and always made sure I was happy with what she was going to do and even said if needed to she can take of more. The atmosphere was happy and everyone seemed to be happy. I really enjoyed the experience and I will be coming back.

Tilly cut my hair just how l wanted

Been coming here for the past 4 years and cant imagine any other place to have my hair done. Today Jaimi made all the stubborn gray hairs go away and styled beautiful. Last week Jess cut it to perfection and now and again Tash gives me a great blow dry... its a team of very well trained and talented people. Who ever does your hair will make it their business that you leave feeling delighted with your look.

3rd appointment with Tash following initial consultation to "phase into gray" as natural as possible.. I am always asked if I am happy and if 'tweeks' to colour or cut needed. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent communication, expertise and professionalism experienced. Always made to feel special.

Last night, I had the worst haircut of my life. Not at Tranquillity, I hasten to add. But when I popped in today, on a wing and a prayer, begging someone to rescue me, Jessy stepped up... After everyone gasped audibly at just how bad the cut actually was.

I honestly didn't knew what could be done to save this mess, but Jessy listened and managed to work miracles.

It's not the cut that I wanted yesterday, but it's a good cut—and the fact that i don't now feel the overwhelming need to wear a hat for the rest of my life that hit me when I looked in the mirror this morning is a general bonus, right?!

Besides, my hair grows quickly.

When it does, it's Jessy I'll be calling on to try again, clear reference picture in hand.

I received the best customer service from Karen and her colleagues today. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! I'm 29 weeks pregnant and I was made to feel comfy at all times. Thank you Karen :) I love my new haircut!
