Even before I stepped into the salon I was greeted with a huge smile :) was offered a seat to sit down and wait until my appointment then offered a beverage and reading material which was amazing. A huge shout out to Jess, who cut and styled my hair for 5 star service and friendliness ❤️

I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the salon. My stylist was friendly and knowledgable. She was very patient with me and I feel she gave me excellent advice. I live my hair cut and I will be going back again.

Amazing polite service from all the girls in tranquillity, never let down. Always take their time ensuring they put 100% effort into their work.

I always look forward to my hair appointment at Tranquility. Jess just gets me and my hair! Great cut and blow dry again today, as always! Foil highlights last week, beautifullly done by Maddie (an apprentice) with some support, excellent tips and advice from Tash, one of the L’Oréal Colour Experts, whose knowledge of hair is insane.. The atmosphere is lovely and the whole team make you feel valued from the moment you arrive. Their talent, honesty, kindness and patience is amazing, there’s no other salon for me.

Jess is a first class hairdresser and must be extremely proud of the business her & Kate have built together and there staff are very attentive and professional at the same time would highly recommend to anyone Tranquillity Hair as the best Hairdressers in the south west

I have been having my hair done at Tranquilty since the salon opened & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My stylist, Jess, is very experienced & always makes my hair look fab. The salon itself is stylish with great decor & they make a lovely coffee!

Very friendly staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was then taken to the waiting area where I was offered a drink which came very quick, I had my hair done exactly as I wanted it, what a great place very enjoyable. Thanks to Tilly.

I've been to Tranquility twice and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The level of service and professionalism is outstanding from the minute you walk through the door until the second you leave.

All the staff are friendly, polite, and make you feel like a VIP throughout your time in the salon. Nothing is too much trouble and they regularly check in to ensure you have everything you need.

They have a fantastic free consultancy service to ensure you and your stylist are confident and happy with the agreed style before you proceed. Perfect for a nervous customer like myself.

Whether you want a trim or a full style makeover they are happy to listen and help you decide on what you want with no feeling of being rushed.

They have a fantastic range of free drinks available and you are offered a lovely head massage whilst your hair is being washed.

There is a good range of the usual magazines or alternatively you can use their free WiFi service to browse the Internet at your leisure.

Being an anxious and picky customer where my hair is concerned I have left the salon completely happy with my hair on both occasions (highly unusual for me!).

I find the salon competitively priced and it operates at such a high level of professionalism that it's hard to find fault. If you haven't given it a try yet- I'd definitely recommend it for your next hair appointment!

Every member of the salon is extremely friendly and genuine. My stylist, Tilly, is exceptional and knows exactly what is best for my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Have been to Jess (owner) since I moved to Somerset in April. I can honestly say that she’s the best stylist I’ve ever had! My hair is really easy to keep in style with minimum effort on my part. The salon is very well run and staff very friendly. Customer service is also great. It’s expensive as I have the top stylist but worth it for a great cut!
