Kate has been fantastic. I came to her for help with my hair after hair extensions left it dull, thin and flyaway. Kate has helped me to look after and nourish my hair, which is now thicker and shinier than ever. I will NEVER go to another stylist.

Dulcie is a miracle worker - my hair is so thick and naturally red, and I come out with light, soft blonde hair. She is AMAZING. The whole experience here is fantastic and if you want the best head massage EVER, ask for cat.

Lovely hairdressers! My stylist was kind and caring, does my hair just how I like it, Im sorry her name has slipped my memory,, she was excellent and I would recommended her to my friends.

I have not cut my hair in well over a year, I went in today a little nervous as I have never been to a hairdressers before and really did not want to end up with a bad cut or the wrong thing, i got the deluxe cut and finish and when I say the customer service was amazing I mean it, I was offered a drink, everyone I spoke to listened to me, I'm not very chatty and I felt comfortable which was amazing, small talk is just not something I enjoy so it was lovely for me that there was polite talking but nothing forced. The head massage was incredible and something I did not know I needed. Dulcie did an amazing job on my hair, I went in with hair that stopped just above my chest and came out with just above the shoulder hair. She took great care in making sure I was happy with what she was doing. I felt really cared for and really love the result. You always hear about hairdressers cutting your hair wrong or interpreting the cut wrong but that most definitely was not the case here, I will definitely be back, I look amazing, feel amazing and smell amazing. I 100% will be recommending tranquillity, I went in today feeling anxious and dull, now I feel light and fresh.

I have been using Tranquility for a few years now and they always do a great job. Friendly staff, great customer service. I often get asked where I get my haircut. I normally see Tilly but as she is off on maternity leave I was looked after by Maddie today and she did a great job.

I rarely get my haircut and I have previously had bad experiences with hairdressers. This is my second time with Dulcie and I have had such a lovely experience. She made me feel really comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. She gives great advice and also gives a great haircut.
I love the cup of tea that was offered and the massage on my head when having my hair washed. I will never go anywhere else now and I highly recommend this hair salon.
