My stylist Olivia, was lovely, welcoming, she gave me helpful advice how to style my new hair cut. Good hair massage. The Hair cut was quick and looked nice. She gave me two hairstyles they both looked beautiful. Blow dried and wavy hair. She gave me a nice treatment too! I loved my overall hairstyle in the end

I had the most amazing experience at Nichares. Laura G was absolutely incredible, really putting the "transformation" in the transformation balyage. I arrived with seriously damaged hair and so nervous to try a new hair dresser, but after this experience, Nichares is stuck with me as I could never go anywhere else. Thanks for the amazing day!

I've never been in your salon I was greeted by a really nice lady who went to get the prices of hair extensions for me. In the meantime a really friendly guy came over and talked to me about the colours and length etc. I was rely impressed with the service I received, I work in an office that prides itself on delivering superlative service to our clients and I was impressed ? I will definitely be back to book an appointment

Lisa is an Excellent hairdresser she talked me through what she was going to do and reassured me as well. I’ve only just moved here and been with the same hairdresser for 9 years so Lisa was brilliant and I will be going back to the salon again.

I cannot recommend Nichares and their lovely team enough. They are all fab at what they do, and Laura A always does wonders with my hair! I had to bring my 9 year old sister in with me today as she was off school and they treated her just as much as they treated me, even letting her have a go on the massage chairs. Everyone is so lovely and it’s such a friendly environment. Just a fab experience overall. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

What a fabulous salon in a prominent position right in the town centre, replete with really comfortable chairs for hair washing and cutting, a luxurious range of products and very friendly stylists and staff, but of course I’ve got my favourite! Olivia is kind, approachable, technically accomplished and does a brilliant job. My mum sees her too and wouldn’t see anyone else! Two very happy customers :)

I would be happy with her being a bit bolder in either suggesting something new for me or in her conforming her view that what she is styling for me is right for me.

There’s literally not a better hair expert on this Earth. Lisa is incredible and welcoming and always puts the health and quality of my hair first. I always feel complete confidence in her and know I’m going to walk out of the salon feeling and looking like my best self.

I am so happy with my whole experience and outcome :) all staff were lovely and the service was brilliant. Always asked if I was ok and the back massager when having your hair washed was so relaxing. Laura was great such a loverly woman and did exactly what I wanted, always explaining what she was doing and checking in I was happy. 100% be returning :)

Amazing and welcoming service, made sure I was comfortable and settled. Colour, wash and cut was personal and efficient, Amelia really took the time beforehand to get a grasp of what I wanted and what would be possible to do! The colour turned out amazing, I am always blown away by your results!

Yes a treat to have hair done in peace & quiet “upstairs “ busy & noisy downstairs can’t hear yourself speak on occasions with several dryers going at the same time .

So happy with my cut and style with Lucy. Lucy patiently went over photos of what I did and did not want. She really listened and also gave me her opinion when asked. She has cut and styled my hair beautifully. I had several compliments from complete strangers as I did a bit of shopping after my appointment.
Lucy recommended and used products to solve my yellowing grey and frizzle which have worked well. She also washed and rinsed my hair properly and gave me a brilliant head massage. She was gentle whilst cutting my hair and we had a delightful conversation I really felt seen in every way.

As usual a warm friendly welcome, freely discussed style variation and duly completed. Excellent.

I have been going to Nichares for many years now and never feel that I am “ just a 10o’clock appointment “. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and genuinely seem pleased to see you. Lucy is very professional and I have never been disappointed with the way she cuts my hair. She takes time to listen to what I want and has excellent advice if it’s needed. The new salon has a lovely atmosphere and I always look forward to coming.

I had a lovely experience with Olivia. I’m usually never blown away with hair toning as mine doesn’t seem to take on colour how it’s meant to, and is never true to the samples. But I absolutely adore the colour chosen today, I think Olivia did a fantastic job and had good knowledge on what toner to go for based on my reference images. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Lovely to chat to and I felt really comfortable xx
