Tyler was so warm and welcoming. Love my hair cut. Thank you. Very knowledgeable about the products he used on my hair and the features that would benefit me if I bought them. He also had lots of recommendations for further visits e.g. perming. Although this was gifted as a raffle prize I was given the full service, and really appreciated it. Thank you. The stylist with sparkle hair was also very welcoming and friendly, as well as the stylist that gave me the delicious tea and jelly beans. Thank you.

Tyler has excellent product knowledge on hair and replenished my side dark panel colour. All staff are friendly and talented. Nice coffee and witty chats with my stylist today

I'm a returning customer to Reds. I usually go to one of your competitors for my colour. They were booked up and I thought, I'd give you guys a go again. Tyler looked after me. He took time to understand what I was trying to achieve and explained the processes and how we could develop a plan that would give me the best results possible. Tyler was brilliant and my colour result exceeded my expectations. He's an extremely talented, customer-centric individual, who clearly strives for excellence. Nothing is too.much trouble. This, alonside a great personality, and sense of humour is the perfect combination you'd expect and more, in a stylist it's my 2nd visit to Tyler for my colour now and I can't envisage going elsewhere because I know I'm in good hands with Tyler and he achieves the required results better than the others I've tried out. Booked to see Zaren as my hair is thinning and dry probably due to menopause.
Zaren took the time to work out what treatment would be best and I felt very pampered. I had a lovely cut and blow dry and came away feeling like life had been put back into my dry unmanageable menopausal hair.
