Gina as always superb. Gina always goes well above expectations. Gina asks if I want my use Colour and Style and is very cheerful. Always puts my legs up when she washes my hair as I’ve Osteoarthritis. There is always a warm welcome from Gina, Lauren and all members of staff that are on.

Its really difficult to find someone who can cut thick and curly hair but Zaren listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it. My hair has never looked so good with my natural curls! Can't thank her enough.

I have been visiting the salon for quite a few years now. During this time my stylist Zaren, has been a star. Always happy to advise on a colour tweak or style change, which I do often, she has the patience of a saint! The salon is welcoming, staff friendly, and there's usually quite a buzz about the place. If you're seeking a new salon experience I can highly recommend Natalie & her team. I have recently relocated out of area and will very much miss my regular visits to Zaren and the salon.

excellent cut and blow dry, as usual. I often chop and change my cut slightly (I have a bob), sometimes it's adding a layer or growing out a fringe or longer layer and Amanda always listens carefully to make sure I leave with exactly what I want. Thank you Amanda!

From the moment I sat down in his chair, I could tell that he knew exactly what he was doing.
The color was amazing - he helped me choose the perfect shade that would complement my skin tone and bring out the natural highlights in my hair. Tyler has an incredible eye for detail, and I could tell that he was really focused on getting every little strand of hair exactly where it needed to be. The result was stunning - rich and vibrant, with just the right amount of depth and dimension.
The cut he gave me was absolutely perfect. He listened carefully to what I wanted, took the time to make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for, and then executed it flawlessly. Tyler worked his magic with a pair of scissors, He created great shape and movement in my hair, and I felt like he really brought out the best in my locks.
The cherry on top was his styling - Tyler is truly an artist when it comes to hair. He worked his magic with a blow dryer and brush, giving me volume and texture in all the right places. I felt like a million bucks when I left the salon!
Overall, I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone who wants a beautiful, professional, and personalized hair experience. He is truly a gem - a rare talent who is building sone great skills and I can tell he's passionate about his work. Thank you Tyler, you are amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at the salon this morning. It was my first appointment. Zaren made me feel very welcome whilst carrying out my patch test last week but my appointment with Natalie was amazing. Natalie made me feel so relaxed and talked me through everything she would be doing during the appointment. Any nerves I had disappeared straight away; it felt like I was meeting with an ‘old friend’ even though we’d only just met.
