I love Sense! It is by far the best salon I have ever discovered. The atmosphere is friendly and warm and the collective skills of the employees are nothing short of amazing. They go the extra mile to make your visit special - I would wholeheartedly recommend. You know it makes 'Sense!'.

Such a lovely few hours at Sense today getting ready for Christmas festivities (and having some rare me time). Natasha was really friendly and recommended a beautiful colour for my nails. At my last appointment Sophia suggested an eyebrow tint with my usual shape and today Natasha did a great job applying it and making my brows look amazing. I usually have Tracey for my hair but Becky did it today and i am over the moon with it. Wonderful colour and cut and the biggest and bounciest blow dry I've ever had. Loved it! And the best thing was my husband noticed.... thank you all for making me feel like a million dollars - whilst you were all super busy i felt completely relaxed and looking forward to my next visit already.

Today's enjoyable experience was enhanced with two gorgeous mince pies with the coffee. Since my private supply of proper biscuits mysteriously reduced rather quickly my experience had been slightly dulled. Alas today things are back on track.
People are fab of course!!

Tina and the team at Sense are always fantastic but today was exceptional. I went into the salon feeling low and came our feeling amazing.
Becky is a magician and some how manages to transform my lack lustre hair into something not short of a miracle!

Her colouring skills are better than any top London salon I have been to; she has a wonderful ability to understand what I want even if I don't fully know myself!

Tina runs a first class salon and Becky is a first class professional as well as being such a charming and lovely person.

Always looked after very well at Sense, great therapists, treatments and products too.

There is always a friendly welcome and it is easy to feelvery well cared for at sense. The ambient atmosphere is both happy and intimate making it a real treat to be there even if only for a blow dry .

Had a leg wax - never a very pleasant experience. But it was very carefully carried out with minimum discomfort.

Sense Salon delivers a consistent experience on each visit..excellent customer service, relaxing ambience, quality products and a competent well trained team!

Despite going regularly for 10yrs to the sand hairdresser I came out yet again feeling gorgeous. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they even squeezed my in to hand my nails done whilst my hair was being done. How much pampering is good for you on a Friday morning? If they could have done the shopping for me too maybe!!!

Great hand massage and manicure. Wonderful , friendly and professional service.

It was very cold & icy outside and when I arrived I was given a lovely hot capachino and a really delicious mince pie. Thank u. I don't know the young girls name who washed my hair but she was polite and courteous and we had a lovely chat about universities. My hair was nicely cut and styled by Hayley and I was ready to leave in 45mins. A superb experience.

Lauren cut my hair and my 6 year old daughter's hair tonight. She is a lovely girl and always makes such an effort to put my daughter at ease. Thankyou Lauren.
