Whole experience, whether it be hair or body , is relaxing sure in the knowledge you are in capable hands ( I particularly enjoy the head massage - stress evaporates!)

I am a regular client to sense and I always leave booking appointments to the last minute but when I call, Lorna and the other reception team members are also so accommodating and will do their upmost to ensure they meet my requirements, big or small! Thank you so much for always making me feel welcome and looking after me with your 5 star client care! I will never go anywhere else!

Wow, following several hair disasters elsewhere I decided to visit here on recommendation, I was not disappointed. My hair was so over processed and damaged that it was breaking and disintegrating. Some salons would happily colour it and take money for it but the concern for my hair and self esteem was such that the two beautiful stylists, Meg and Becky, I consulted with refused and instead put me on a program of treatments to get it back into condition before colouring it again. It's filled me with confidence again. To find somewhere and people that care more about the client than the income is great.... I've had it cut by Meg and I'm so pleased that I'm actually looking forward to my next visit rather than my usual dread! Professional, beautiful staff that truly care and do a superb job with a great insight to the clients wellbeing and best interests.

I was called in the morning to be told my hairdresser was poorly so i had a lady called Laura instead!
Laura was extremely helpful with products for my hair, she used kerastase ( dicipline) on my hair and highly recommended it 2 me!
After the cut and blow dry my hair felt amazin, so good that I purchased a box of products!
Now I straighten my hair every day and today I didn't have to! my hair gets so damaged through straightening that I'm hoping now if I can perfect my skills whilst blow drying my hair that I won't have 2 use the straighteners all the time!
We all get overwhelmed with what products to use on our hair, but 2day I have totally found the right one thanks to Laura!
She took the time to explain, how to use, how much to use, product build up in the hair etc etc

I have recently started to have my hair cut in this salon and always find the stylists and reception to be friendly and welcoming. You are made to feel comfortable and get a great haircut.
So easy to get parked and away from all the hassle of town centre traffic.
