I am a long time customer, as usual, I am happy with my experience at Broad St. Staff at Yatton and Congressbury are always helpful and friendly. Tracey always knows what to do with my difficult hair!!!

Went in wanting a restyle however the style I wanted was completely disregarded and I was given the most dreadful straight bob..far from what I asked for!..i paid for the top stylist and came out with an apprentice cut..disgusting

I've been coming here for a year and always have a great experience.
I recently decided to cut my long hair short - and Poppy guided me through options.
I'm so pleased with the results!

My niece was visiting me from the US, and had always wanted highlights, but was nervous. The girls were so kind and made her feel completely relaxed.

Always lovely staff, couldn't fault them.at all..I recently asked if it was ok to use the bed with a certain oil on my scalp , they weren't quite sure but offered to wash it off in case, no charge . Excellent customer service . T

I had my hair cut with Sophie yesterday & she was absolutely fabulous, took on board all my visions & provided great suggestions. She was friendly, welcoming & very professional. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Sophie I am so pleased with my new hair cut :)

Valerie is my mother who suffers from dementia, she still needs to feel good about her appearance! Broad street salon were very kind, helpful and encouraging to her and they always fit her in at the last minute because it’s not easy to plan ahead. She has good days and bad days, yesterday was a good day and she left the salon feeling happy, with the help of the girls there.

The staff always helpful and nice . Beautiful Salon , good facilities too . I only use the sunbeds which are always clean and tidy . Well see about the result in a few weeks haha.b

Sam was interested in my thoughts about my hair, took great care in selecting colours and treatments then cut and dried my hair beautifully. Thankyou sooooo much I love it!

Carla cut my hair last Friday. We're not local but our family live nearby and I needed a cut. Firstly Carla asked me what I wanted then I asked her if she could suggest something that would suit me and she gave me a cut which feels lovely and is much admired, thank you Carla!

Fantastic service with a very warm welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I love my haircut, it was just what I wanted and the prosecco was the cherry on top. Thank you Carla and I will definitely be back.

I went to the salon for the first time on a Sunday for a Brazilian blow dry. The service was fantastic and I am very pleased with the initial results, obviously it is also long term that I am interested in with this particular service but first impressions were very good. Jodie and her team were very friendly & professional and made me feel very welcome. Great value for the service offered as wel.

Our stylist was really friendly and made both children feel relaxed. They both loved the lollies afterwards too!!

Cara was friendly and made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some good tips on blow drying. I felt as though other staff weren't particularly welcoming, in other salons, all stylists have said hello/smiled even if they weren't working with me. I thought the salon was set out well.
