Have been coming to this salon for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Emma is always brilliant, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Very flexible opening times are a great help making it very accessible. Happy to recommend.

I've taken my three children to Broad Street since they were infants and they love it! Today's cut with Gina and Poppy was one of the best ever,the boys beamed in the mirror at how grown up they looked. The hot chocolate and lollies afterwards are merely the 'cherry on top' of an experienced, fun, and talented team who really deliver. If you're looking for a salon which will make your children look and feel great, this is the one!

I was impressed with the quality of the cut and the overall service experience. And I also liked the time management, took 50 minutes for wash cut blow dry and straighteners whilst not feeling rushed at all. I would recommend Jodie to my friends. Thank you x

I had a fabulous cut and blow dry at Broad St Cadbury yesterday. Ryan always does a brilliant job.

As usual always a fabulous experience. Emma is easy to chat to about what to do with my hair . The whole team are wonderful with the children.

I am regular as are my children at the salon, however I was slightly confused at the price of my daughters "put up"? She washed and dried her own hair and the stylist curled it for her. This was £32! Querying the cost?

Blow dry was very uncomfortable. I felt stylist used too small a brush for my long hair and she was not aware that it was hurting me. My scalp was quite sore for some time afterwards following all the pulling. The wash was great however.

Cannot thank Jodie at cadbury salon enough for the fantastic job she had done on my dry, damaged & terribly cut (by a previous salon!!)

I've now got beautiful sleek smooth hair that is cut fantasticly, the best cut I've ever had & to top it off she is a lovely girl with great customer service!

I was recommended by a friend t o try Broad st and getting an appointment was not difficult ..your answer machine is very efficient and a call back was very quick
the staff were very helpful and courteous and did my hair as asked I came out very pleased and I have since rebooked

Excellent customer service as usual! I have very long hair which I don't like being cut as find most hairdressers want to cut off more and do their on thing! The girl that trimmed mine did exactly what I asked with no fuss.

Excellent service once again - Charlottes hair is returned to normal and mums hair is finally permed and looks,amazing!

Love my hair after my visit to Cadbury. Previously had my hair done at another broad St. But it was never quite right. I openly explained what I wanted and what I didn't like about my hair. With long hair a full head of highlights must be a dull and long job but it was done so well with such good attention to sections that are often missed, underneath at the back, which is what made me dislike my hair before. Definitely coming back here every time.

I had my hair completely restyled today by Emma and would like to say how impressed I am. She really took the time to listen to my ideas and gave a superb cut on my horrible hair. I feel years younger and cant thank you enough! Will definitely see you soon! ????

SUPERB - thanks to Emmas consultattoo and saying YES we can help to the appointment today to strip the horrible colour disaster and recolour charlottes hair - done by Carla, who was informative and confident all the way through and did a Fabulous job that both myself and Charlotte are over the moon about and will continue to recommend broadstreet to EVERYONE. Poppy also did a fabulous cut and dry on my hair too.

Had a cut and blow dry with Emma, absolutely loved it!

I recently had my hair coloured here for the fist time in 6 years. I was a bit nervous but they really listened to me and I am thrilled with the result.

Ryan has been doing my hair for a few years now! Before I hated the salon experience but Ryan and all the other staff are so welcoming and friendly that I now look forward to and enjoy it. I am always completely indecisive but Ryan seems to understand what I want and I always leave the salon more than happy with my hair. Enjoyable

Emma is the best stylist/colourist I have ever met and believe me I have gone through many. I have the most unmanageable hair ever both in terms of thickness and colour. Emma always makes me feel good and after she has done my hair I feel amazing. After today's visit I have received so many compliments about my colour!!! Albeit amazed at my school pick up style!!! Broad street cadbury is an amazing salon with an amazing team. If Emma cannot do my hair I feel completely happy to let Jodie or Ryan or Chloe tend my locks. I cannot rate these guys and this salon enough. If I win the lottery I intend to poach Emma as my personal stylist xxxxxx

I've been seeing Jodie for the last three years & I always look forward to it. She's given me loads of hair are advice over the years and kept it looking good despite my lack of effort! She listens to what you want but isn't afraid to speak up if she thinks you're making a bad decision. My husband also has his hair cut by Jodie and as someone who hates getting his hair cut anywhere he's always happy to go back to Jodie
