Goji

I absolutely love Goji. The salon itself is just a wonderful environment to be in. From the minute you walk through the door you instantly feel you are in a special place. The Goji team of people are professional, welcoming and so friendly.

Greg has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! I have had other stylists at Goji do my hair when I couldn’t get Greg and all have been fantastic!

Lovely hair salon - a very clean, modern and tranquil space. Staff were very friendly from the receptionist welcoming me to Katie the stylist. Katie did a wonderful job with my hair cut. She listened to what I needed and also made suggestions to suit me which resulted in one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. Thank you Katie and Goji Hair Salon!

Katie cut and coloured my hair after having suffered hair loss post-covid. It was a tough job as there was not much to play with, but she managed to achieve a fabulous new look for me. And I am so grateful for her warmth and encouragement throughout. I have had loads of compliments today on my hair. So thank you very much.

I couldn’t rate Goji higher than I have! After lockdown and shielding preventing a hair cut for 17months (!) there was a lot of work to do! The staff made me feel both welcome and very safe (the salon is really well organised for this), and despite social distancing and face coverings there is still a lovely atmosphere. Kelsey was great at meeting what I wanted from a cut to what would work with the desired length, and the finished cut was just what I needed. They were all fantastic at helping arrange hair donation for the amount cut off too. I’ll definitely be going back!

I always get a great cut at Goji with a friendly, chatty atmosphere. Their reward scheme is also a great way to earn points and save money! Would highly recommend.

All of the staff at Goji go above and beyond to make sure their clients feel safe and comfortable. They are friendly, attentive and helpful. Their commitment to eco friendly products and practices is also to be commended. Greg has been colouring and cutting my hair for many years and I never leave the salon feeling anything less than elated. Georgia did my eyebrows too yesterday and worked wonders with my brittle and shapeless nails. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

All the staff at Goji go out of their way to make sure you are safe and comfortable. The welcome is always warm and friendly and the products used are wonderful. I’m in love with new blow dry product and will treat myself next time. Their commitment to eco-friendly products and reusing and recycling is admirable too. Greg has coloured and cut my hair for years and not once have I left the salon feeling anything but elated. Georgia did my eyebrows and nails today too and worked wonders with my brittle, misshapen talons. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Looking forward to my next visit already.

What’s not to love? A great team, Covid conscious environment and the best haircuts I’ve had since moving to Cardiff! Greg always delivers what I ask for (a 90s shag this time) with a thorough consult and I always leave feeling like a million dollars - amazing thank you!

I’m quite new to the area and was anxious about finding a new salon. Katie was simply marvellous, she understood exactly what I wanted from my vague mumblings. I’m super happy with my hair cut. On arrival and throughout my visit I was given clear guidance to help maintain Covid measures in place. I felt very safe. I’ll definitely be going back.

What a welcome relief to walk through Goji’s doors and put myself in the care and expert scissorship of Kelsey!! Before too long, 4 months worth of lockdown were erased and my hair looked and felt healthy and cared for. I’m a relatively new customer to Goji (less than 12 months). From their safety protocols to the friendliness and respect of every member of staff, every visit makes me feel I have made the right choice.

Goji are running a safe operation at their salon, from the text reminders 48 hours ahead of the appointment, to when you arrive at the hair salon - where instructions are evident of how to enter the salon, where to wash your hands where to walk to the reception etc.
I noticed how meticulous the staff were being regarding hygiene throughout my appointments - watching the junior stylists washing & disinfecting the trolleys & all utensils, to having my cup of water brought to me on a tray.
I felt safe throughout my time at the salon.
Goji manages to continue to provide a warm and relaxing atmosphere in spite of the new stringent regulations, and you can tell that the staff are all pleased to be back working with their clients.
I praise all the staff at Goji’s who continue to work under increased restrictions but still provide a fantastic service in a friendly and welcoming manner.

I was new to the salon and left a very happy lady. The environment was calming, very organised and clean. The staff were very welcoming and in particular, Greg was great. I love the products that were used and I am very happy with my new style. I am very happy with the time spent on cutting my hair and the attention to detail. The team at Goji always make you feel welcome but also listen to what you want from your cut, which is something I’ve often found difficult to get elsewhere in Cardiff.

The quality of the haircut and products used is the best I’ve found here, and I actually look forward to getting a trim now.
