Receptionist Error + hair dressers attitude
7th August 2021 - full head of foils, bleach and a ‘technical cut’ is what the receptionist called my hair cut request, explained a senior will need to do it. Booked a month in advance, two phone calls in between as colour expert requested had left.
Time for hair cut and senior stylist was rude, big ‘Dont do it again’ eyes from behind her mask as no hair cut booking on file. Fished through it, explained the initial conversation left no room for error as my hait cut was a specific cut. No apologies, told me to book next time, nowwhen you speak to a a receptionist face-to-face showing pictures you are not expected to take over the keyboard and use the salons facilities, it’s done for you. At this point I was embaressed getting indirectly told off. Then the conversation went into dark hair become blonde means a lot of maintenance, to stop that lecture I had to show the senior hair dresser 5/6 years of pictures when I’ve been red and every shade of blonde I like. It was advice it was ‘matter of fact’ I bet you don’t know what you’re doing so I’ll embarrass you further more. No apologies that our two receptionist charged you for a cut but didn’t book one in. The cut was rushed, the blow drying was the worst quality, didn’t even get a chance to explain what I wanted. £160 later no response from salon.
