Yasmin is my usual stylist and is fab as always. She is very good at listening to what I want and giving me truthful advice. Due to relocation she will no longer be my stylist but I cannot leave without highly recommending her. She is a credit to the Cardiff branch.

My hair needed expert help due to medical reasons and I was treated with kindness and honesty. I just wanted to look normal again.
I had a keratin treatment that made my hair look so much better. Came out of the salon feeling more like myself than I have in over a year. All the staff are lovely and brilliant at their jobs. I can trust Leaon to be honest and I’ve always been happy with the result.

Best appointment. I feel human again. As always I feel at home when I’m having my hair done in Toni and guy cardiff. I have been a bit mean to my hair over the last few months. Leaon knew exactly what I was after and talked me through the whole process. Everything was clean, coordinated and safe. All you can ask for really. I cannot remember the ladies name who cut my hair but you were amazing too. I love my cut! Can’t wait to come back in 6 odd weeks :)

Sam was recommenced to me by a work colleague and he hasn’t disappointed ? Make me feel so comfortable and was really fascinating watching him work, he a natural and very attentive at his work, couldn’t be happier, thank you Sam ???

I felt really assured by the measures taken by the salon for covid protection. Yasmin took care of my overgrown hair and was really friendly and I was a happy customer leaving with a lovely new cut.

I absolutely loved my visit today! Sam was lovely to chat to and even talked me through everything he was doing and of course the end result was great too! Thank you for making me feel pampered.

All of the staff were extremely welcoming as usual, I was warmly greeted and given a full and detailed explanation of the safety practices employed within the salon. Clearly everyone knew their role with regards customer and staff safety. I felt completely safe at all times. T&G have really stepped up to the mark. Excellent

Was pretty nervous coming in, but the setup felt safe and atmosphere remained similar to pre-covid experience.

Was a bit apprehensive about what to expect, but the reality was that it was the same Toni and Guy but with masks instead. Great service as usual and with the added benefit of having everything done by one stylist so minimising staff contact. I felt very comfortable and the salon was spotless. Can’t fault it!
