First time with Leaon and he put me straight at ease with a detailed consultation. He listened and gave thoughtful feedback, and was able to decipher my incoherent muddled explanation of what I wanted, and created a superb colour that frames my face and suits me nature tones. My hair was then completed by yet anther fantastic cut by Helen M. The team at Cardiff are truly brilliant and I fully recommend them.

Found Sam to be a truly professional and explained what style I should go with which would be easy for me to handle.

Nicola was great as always. Lovely salon with friendly staff. Always a pleasure to go there.

I always absolutely love my colour, I'm experiences are fabulous, their my colourist is more like a friend. And when ever I have been unhappy with cut or colour it's always corrected complimentary within 2 weeks which is brilliant. Everyone I've had the pleasure to speak to who works here are such lovely, genuine people and I always look forward to attending this salon, always tip when I can afford. Thank you all x

I've been going to this salon for a few years now and a few different stylists there, and they've all done superb cuts, exactly what I wanted. This week Helen cut my hair (sorry I don't know if its Helen M or Helen P!) And she was great as always. Very professional taking great care and attention to detail, and a lovely chat too! Highly recommended :)

Upon arrival Victoria and Yasmin both sit down to understand what I would like to achieve. Together they combine their expertise to come up with the best option to meet my brief. I have complete faith in both of them to do what they think is best with both my cut and colour and I have never been disappointed. On the plus side they also both lovely girls and easy to chat to whilst in the salon. This is why I keep returning !

Always great service and never come away unhappy

I had a consultation with a man at the salon to talk about my options, prior to this I had a bad experience with a hairdresser that bleached my hair after i told her i wanted highlights, I decided box dye was too expensive in the long run to cover my hair so I decided to ask the hairdressers at toni & guy about what I could do. the best option they has was to strip my hair of my current dye and cover up my highlight disaster with a colour that's closest to my natural hair colour, which I loved that plan. what happened was when I turned up to my appointment for this to happened the hairdressers told me that plan wasn't possible because of how light my hair was and my only option was to strip the dye out of my hair and to dye my hair a light brown to match my roots so my hair would naturally grow out, I wouldn't have to keep dyeing my hair which I didn't want because I didn't want to keep dyeing my hair. I told her it really wasn't what I wanted, because it wasn't what the man said was going to be the plan with my hair. the hairdresser said if I didn't do it now nothing about my hair would change and that i might aswell give it a try, she showed me which colour with match my roots, i reluctantly said yes, they were rough trying to get my dye out of my hair which they didn't succeed in and i still had to pay for them trying & then they dyed my hair dark brown. i spent £100 for them to dye my hair brown, i could of gotten my hair dyed brown from a box dye and the red streaks are still in my hair shining through the brown. even though the man i spoke to kept trying to tell me i couldn't have this exact brown from a box dye. i could get this exact hair colour for £12 in a box dye they charged me £100 for not removing my hair dye and dyeing my hair dark brown a colour that's not my roots my roots are a dirty blonde. i can't believe i was stupid enough to let them do that to me and even after that they tried to get me to fork out even more money to put highlights in it to make it not as dark,
