I just had my hair coloured and cut today and i honestly love it, Leon made me do something different out of my comfort zone and Helen M is just amazing:)

Yasmin is a 1st class hairdresser, best I've had for many many years and Leon has done an amazing job of colouring my hair. Very friendly and pleasant place to go. Excellent.

Had a ladies cut and blow dry carried out by Yasmin today 1/11/17 .I am so very pleased with the result. Yasmin really listens to what you want and has such a good eye for detail so that the finish always looks so professional. :)

A superb salon with friendly, well-trained staff. John, the owner, always cuts my hair. He is just brilliant.

Good experience, hot water was not working and staff worked hard to wash hair with what they had. Not too busy, staff really friendly. Offered hot drink and was replaced when hair got into the drink.

Always enjoy coming to T and G Cardiff. Good catch up and chats. Lovely friendly staff. Hair and colour always look fab!

Felt compelled to leave a review! I received world class service at this salon. I was made welcome to moment I walked through the door by the wonderful receptionist. Hayley was my stylist ( I was booked in for hair cut ) and gave me the best consultation I have ever had, she made on trend suggestions and checked that I understood and was happy with her vision ! I love my hair cut.. feel 10 years younger! Such a great atmosphere in store also.. relaxed and fun which makes a huge difference from other salons I have been too.

As a one-off appointment, I wasn’t expecting to be treated with such a warm welcome and genuine interest in my situation.. Hayley was truly delightful, very helpful and achieved exactly what I needed. I would definitely return when back in Cardiff.

Don’t expect anything other than the best service from Stephen, says it all when I travel down from Liverpool just so he can cut my hair.

I have been going to the salon for nearly 15 years now. All the colourists I have had have been great. I really enjoy chatting with them during my appointments and have always been happy with the colour. However, some staff I find very unfriendly, particularly on reception. Considering the number of years I have been going to the salon every time I go in it's as if i have never seen me before which does not provide an enjoyable customer experience.

Also, in terms of value for money I think it is very bad that blow dries are not included in the cost. My hair is naturally curly I feel embarrassed walking out of the salon with frizzy hair after just paying a lot of money to have it done.

I was very pleased that I was able to make an appointment with less than 24 hrs notice - very convenient! You get a fabulous head massage and my stylist Nicola did a great job! Will visit again!

As always, a friendly, professional and skilled visit to the hairdresser.

Visited the salon Fri 29th Sept @ 13pm.

Well, my stylist, ***** was lovely. I showed her a photo of a style I wanted and she said it was lovely & she could do it. All was going well, she had the irons ready to curl my hair, was blow drying it curled beforehand but then some guy, i think his name was Leon, whispered something in her ear, she then rushed to finish my hair, didn't use the irons but turned them off and finished in about 10 mins. Altho my hair was nice, it was not the style i asked for, i was too upset to say anything and really disappointed because I was going out that night & she knew that. I'd love to know what he said to her as when I'd paid & was walking thru the door she was going for her lunch break...

This is my second time at the salon.... fantastic experience.... listened to what I wanted.. and know what I want better than me!

Cut from Samual as perfect as ever.
The coffee I ordered never arrived.
The sofa/seat that customers are encouraged into sit on to wait is filthy and needs an urgent deep clean or a complete recover.

That's how I feel after having my hair cut by Nicola today. Wonderful friendly experience. Can't fault it.

My entire experience today was outstanding. From the touch up colour, to the wash / treatment, through to the blow dry. Nothing was too much trouble.

Giving a consistently excellent haircut is a real talent and Stephan can do this and make it look easy.

Yasmin did a fantastic job on my hair earlier today - it's grown so thick and can be really unmanageable at times but she worked at it like a trooper. I'm really happy with the outcome and will make sure I keep going back to Toni & Guy's - staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I wish there was a gratuity option on the card machine as I would've loved to have tipped Yasmin today and unfortunately didn't have cash at hand!
