Absolutely beautiful colour as usual. The stylists are very attentive and listen very closely to what you want. Lovely welcoming atmosphere in the salon and lovely staff. Will absolutely be sticking with this salon.

I was seen without an appointment. The stylist was very professional and friendly. Knew exactly what was to be done with my hair and I now have a stylish cut. There was some building work going on but the salon was clean

I had booked in for a colour/ highlights yesterday. I was also undecided whether to have my hair cut as I had not booked for that. Afrer speaking with the brilliant colourist we decided on all over bleach and toner. The colour is an amazing shade of blonde and its very shiny.
I also got a fabulous pixie cut from Helen at the last moment. Im very happy indeed.

Have been going to this salon for years but have recently had my first hair cut with Helen M- absolutely thrilled. She gave me lots of tips on how to dry my hair to create volume etc. She listened to what i wanted and gave me a fantastic cut. Would recommend. Thanks Helen x

The greeting is always warm friendly and welcoming. Always smiling and make u feel special. They take their time and u are never rushed. I have been a client for a number of years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would guarantee you would not be disappointed. I would not entertain having my hair styled anywhere else

Leon is amazing at colouring hair and Nicola is the best stylist outside London. Been to many hairdressers in London and different Toni Guys around UK over last 30 years this is the most relaxed friendly branch providing excellent reliable service everytime

Went in at 9.30am for a blow dry each. Everyone in there was friendly! Our hair looked fanatasitc and lasted all day even through all the rain and wind. My hair do made me feel like a princess. 5 star! xxx

Booked my mum in to have her wig personalised after hair loss due to cancer treatment. Helen is one of their specialists in this service. Thoughtfully suggested using the quieter upstairs salon so my mum wouldnt feel self conscious wearing her wig. Didnt rush us at all, my mum felt very comfortable there dedpite generally finding higher end salons unrelaxing. Helen really put her at ease. I think she was dreading it, hair loss is a lot to get your head around, so thank you for taking such good care of her.

All the staff at Toni and Guy provide a really warm, friendly and high standard professional service. The environment is always relaxed. My Colourists and stylist always help me get the best out of my hair choices whilst offering the best advice. It's always a great experience.

I strictly attend an appointment here every 6 weeks, always to have my haircut with the same hairdresser. Ordinarily I am happy with all aspects of cut and service etc.
Today though, I am appalled with service provided, whilst having my hair washed, I was treated disgustingly with having water sprayed all down my back, soaking my top. My hairdresser dealt with the situation best they could but this service is unacceptable. Also, if there was a duty manager on shift, I was not approached by them which I would have expected as standard practise when an error such as this occurred. I wouldn't expect this kind of service from a budget company let alone an organisation with such high standards that you portray.

Great treatment. Great advice. Definitely recommend
