I had a wonderful treatment at tony and guy churchill way cardiff' i had ellelouise do my colour it looks amazing lots of dept in it' glossy and healthly looking' steph done my cut and style' he styled it loose curles with volume i was very happy' scott the young appentice who washed my hair he was very pleasent

i have been going to Toni & Guy in Cardiff for many years. The Salon is run very well and the staff are all extremely professional and friendly. This time I had an appointment with Stephan, for a cut and blow dry, which was great and I felt a hundred times better. I look forward to seeing him again in 6 weeks

Upon visiting several other TONI&GUY branches across the UK, I have no issue in recommending Cardiff Churchill Way's TONI&GUY above all others.

The service is great, my stylist is brilliant. She has a genuine interest in conversation unlike most other salons that mind numbingly just ask generic questions about the weather and what holidays you have planned.

Beyond the conversation, the staff are experts in customer service and hair styling. I never leave the salon unsatisfied and thus, I am happy to pay the premium price for an excellent cut.

Helen is absolutely fantastic. She always does exactly what I want and always greets with a smile. Super! Can't rate her highly enough.

Always a warm welcome from all staff and appointments are right on time - no waiting as I've experienced with a top London Salon on numerous previous occasions! I travel approximately 2 hours to go there and worth every minute. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Helen P for years now and I'm always delighted with my hair. She is absolutely fabulous and knows exactly what to do with my hair . She has become more like a good friend and I cannot recommend her strongly enough to express her professionalism and fabulous experience and customer care.

Excellent hairdresser - 2nd visit to Lauren today. She is the first hairdresser who has really listened to to how I want my hair cut in years! y

I came to visit the salon in December 2016, I was so pleased with Lauren work that I then came back today 8th February for a second visit. It took me 2 hours to get to her today as I live in Worcester, but she is worth traveling for. I would recommend Lauren to anyone. Also Nicola coloured my mums hair and she said she was a lovely lady.
Looking forward to my next visit in 7 weeks time.

Every time I get my hair done at the Churchill Way branch of T&G, I immediately feel at ease. Both Leon and Eloise who have done my colour are so easy to talk to and always manage to help me work out what suits l, in what can be a stressful decision when you're as indecisive as me. Steffan has only recently started doing my hair and he is so good at what he does, when I have someone new doing my hair there's always a pending sense of anxiety but with him, he always manages to make it look so good.

Stephen is always friendly and helpful. Always ensures I am well looked after with coffee etc and always ensures I am happy before leaving. Excellent at his job and very professional.

This is the first time I've used this hairdressers. Really nice Salon & staff but more importantly for the first time ever, I got the haircut I asked for. I'm not very adventurous & so many times Hairdressers have given me the trendy haircut they think I should have leaving me with a total fear of hairdressers. Stephan took time to ask what I wanted & I'm really pleased. I will definitely be back.

Leaon saved my hair after a really bad attempt of bleaching my hair myself, my hair is no longer orange/yellow or patchy it's the perfect ash blonde! The other staff were lovely too, definitely my new go to salon!

Been going to this Toni and Guy salon for last 16 years and the service is consistently excellent. The one great thing I ve found with Toni and Guy is you can go to any of their salons and you're guaranteed a great cut and colour. I'm loathe to sing the praises of the salon too high or I may find it difficult to get an appt! But the Cardiff branch is by far the best, friendly, welcoming and provide the best care for your hair.
