Booked a cut with some last minute he was really professional gave a great consultation and seem to really be thinking about what he was going to do. He did a superb cut hip but age appropriate living alone I probably talked his ear off but he never let it show once if you was bored ! lol A really nice experience.

Sam goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, his customer service is superb and he’s a perfectionist when it comes to hair, he will never let me leave with my hair looking anything other that perfect. Lovely trip and money well spent.

Helen done my hair been coming to her a number of years and she is in my opinion the best of the best .. always does a amazing job . My only criticism is the price is quite hefty which has made me make less visits due to the cost the salon charges .

Every care was taken to operate well under Covid-19 restrictions. It was very reassuring.

Every visit feels like the best visit until the next one, Iv never left with doubts about my hair and always leave feeling gorgeously confident,
fabulous staff, amazing standards and super clean stations, everything was bagged, or cleaned before use in front of me or just on the side in view, I enjoyed knowing how hard and how much effort Lauren went into keeping the standards so high,

Lauren ( I hope to gods I havnt gotten your name wrong ) was brilliant, had me in stitches laughing and delivered exactly what I wanted, she Had also cut and styled my hair well over a year ago and still remembered what we had spoken about back then, looking forward to my next appointment!! Excellent social distancing procedures in place at this salon. Sue & Samuel were friendly and helpful.
My appointment was with Samuel.. Talked through with me about how I wanted my hair cut. Sam was attentive and listened to how I wanted my hair styled. Over the moon with my haircut, exactly how I wanted it styled. Highly recommend Samuel. Thank you!

Great haircut again by Sam, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The salon has strict guidelines for track and trace and the use of PPE for both client and staff ,which was great to see. I felt very safe with the policy being adhered too.

The service I received was fantastic and I’m so pleased with my cut and style! Helen did a fantastic job. COVID-19 preventative measurements were put in place which made the experience enjoyable and reassuring.

My visit to T&G for my monthly hair cut was as usual, a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the hair treatment and cut was excellent but also and perhaps most importantly, the measures and procedures introduced to protect customers and staff from possible infection are superb. I was made to feel totally safe at all times.
