From the friendly hello when I rang for an appointment to the cheery goodbye as I left the whole experience was first class. Every member of staff was natural and engaging with all the customers. The salon is well known locally for their quality reputation but any suggestion of pretentiousness dissipated as you walked through the door. As a younger customer I appreciated the time taken and the advice given by the stylist, it was only a wash, trim and blow dry but I felt I was given as much interaction as an adult customer would get.
I will tell all my friends about this and recommend they get their hair done here too.

PS my dad liked the coffee even though he said the cup and saucer were a bit “girly” :-)

First salon haircut in over 25 years. Nervous to say the least. Absolutely gorgeous haircut and wonderful customer service. Abi was so lovely. Would 100% recommend Fich and Ramous, a wonderful all round experience.

Full head of highlights with toner, plus cut and blow. Super relaxing few hours , really friendly service and even a cosy blanket for my legs while I waited for the colour to develop. Always gets the colour spot on, despite my hair tendency to turn any colour warm ! Abby is a genius
