Really lovely experience in a great environment. Very pleased with my hair!

I just recently had a haircut at Fich and Ramous in Cowbridge. Emma did a great job. The other two stylists were also busy with clients. Very friendly and welcoming service and most important of all happy results.

I have been going to Fich & Ramous for several years now and I am always delighted with my cut/colour. Everyone is always so attentive and I always look
forward to a freshly brewed coffee and a biscuit as soon as I sit down. Jack talks through with me what I would like done and guides me as to what would look best on me. I always leave feeling very happy and look forward to my return visit

Well! I started my experience really stressed having driven to the wrong end of Cowbridge! But! Then I arrived- stress disappeared! Lovely friendly staff offering a top quality service! You definitely MUST go there!

A lovely hairdressers, relaxed and very friendly!

Very impressive service all round . Hair done by Sara at Fich Ramous Cowbridge nr Bear Hotel. Sara was clearly very experienced and I was confident and relaxed during the consultation, colour, cut and blow dry. I was made to feel special for the day. The finished style was better than expected and I’ve had several compliments since leaving the salon this afternoon. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic focus around the customer. The salon has a warm and welcoming Atmosphere And nothing is to much trouble. Had my maintenance done today for my hair extensions by Jane (hope I spelt your name right? ) what a lovely lady always smiling and chats away all very natural and relaxing. Love my hair cut by Jayne; really took her time, hair feels so much more nourished and healthier, I also loved the head massage whilst having my hair washed. Lovely products used on my hair too.

It was first appointment at the salon and the staff were very pleasant and professional. My stylist Jane / Jayne was delightful and took great care cutting my hair. I think it’s the first time a stylist has actually cut it the the length requested- usually too much off I’d cut off. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my cut and blow dry and would recommend this salon.

I visited this salon today to redeem by groupon voucher. The service I received was second to none. Extremely professional and it was such a friendly, relaxing and warming salon. Jayne was incredible, she listened to what I wanted and suggested things to help improve the look of my hair due to it being quite thin on the crown. The colour, cut and style was beautiful and I’ve had nothing but good comments about my hair. Jayne filled me confidence. I left the salon today feeling like a million dollars.

Really very happy with my visit to Rich & Famous, Sara did a lovely cut & blowdry, all the staff were welcoming & helpful, there was a nice warm atmosphere to this place ! :)

Alice greeted me, brief consultation first, then made me a coffee, fantastic hair wash and head massage in reclining seat. Really enjoyed this. Very chatty. Kept checking if I was happy at different stages. Salon clean and tidy. Music too loud for me.

I bought a Groupon voucher recently. Having had a cut here over 8 years ago... I would definitely recommend this salon. Jane who was my stylist was absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic service.

I have been let down by other salons in the past and I was feeling quite let down. I gave fich and ramous a try and I'm so glad I found this hidden gem! Jane did an amazing job on my hair. My hair is very long, down my back. She gave me an amazing colour blonde, I also had the conditioning treatment and a head massage came with it! Amazing! All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I definitely received the salon experience! I would definitely recommend Fich & Ramous to anyone. I’ve recently moved back to the area after a long time in Buckinghamshire.
After looking at various salons ans reviews I decided to give to give Fich and Ramous a try.
Claire was very accommodating in arranging my appointment as it was for a special occasion. I had a patch test and returned 3 days later for my appointment. All staff were friendly and attentive and my experience was a very positive one. An initial chat with Jayne about my hair pinpointed my needs and I was very happy with the end results. The price was comparable to my Buckinghamshire Salon and so I shall be returning. Appointment already booked!

I felt that the lady cutting my hair, as nice as she was, was rushing through it a little and I felt she could have been more thorough.
She did a nice cut but I would have preferred her to have tidied it up at the back more, I did try and suggest this but she didn’t do much more.

Absolutely love my new hair! Never had the confidence to go anywhere to have my hair coloured but now I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Gave me exactly what I asked and I would never go back to my old hair! Always making sure you are happy at every stage of the cut and allowing you to know exactly what they are doing the whole process. can’t thank them enough☺️

After a disastrous experience having colour in a different salon, it has taken a while for me to feel confident enough to have colour again. Jack walked me through the process step by step assuring me the colour would be fab and condition great. He was right and he has restored my faith and confidence in hairdressers. I would highly recommend this salon for colour and service.

Having never been to the salon before I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought a Groupon voucher for a colour and cut. I can say that from start to finish the service at the salon was fantastic, very possibly the best I have experienced in 42 years. Jayne was so friendly, accommodating and professional that I actually felt embarrassed having only paid a fraction of what the colour and cut was worth. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Fich and Ramous Cowbridge. A fab salon and a very relaxing afternoon!

Popped into salon on the off chance of an appointment. Really friendly welcome and met with Emma who cut my hair. Very happy with outcome and can thoroughly recommend this place!

My colour was perfect and Jack styled my hair just as I want it. He listens to what u want and is always cheerful and relaxed. Having your hair done is not always a positive experience but I am reassured and always pleased with the result .

Jayne was attentive and listened to what I was asking and also offered good advice. She was really friendly and we chatted lots which put me at ease. Her colleague Jack was also friendly and chatty which was nice. They work well together and made a good team.
I left with hair that I was imagining and am over the moon with the results. The salon is well laid out and welcoming and defiantly one to visit for your next hair appointment.
