When I went to saks today I was tired and my hair was a mess I also couldn’t make my mind up what I wanted as a style . The young lady said she could do the style I showed her it was short and totally different from my usual bob . We went through the things to consider . I went had my hair washed to give me chance to think it through a lovely young girl washed my hair she was chatty and really pleasant . I now have a lovely bob and think it was the right choice Thankyou . All the people in saks are pleasant professional and you get an amazing hair cut 👍

Another enjoyable appointment at Saks, where I have been a customer since pre-covid.
Paul always listens to me as to how I want my hair styled and gives me advice as well, without being pushy, if I want a change. The atmosphere is very pleasant and staff are friendly. Paul is chatty if I feel like talking but when I want to be quiet he picks up on that immediately.
Clean, spacious and stylish, great coffee, I cannot praise Saks enough.

I usually have Chloe when it comes to doing my hair but I had my hair done by Megan today. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. She was very polite and gave me advice on my hair and what would suit best which I appreciated. I wouldn’t go to any other salon for my hair. It looks beautiful!

Hello I have been coming to SAKS for around 12 years and Rebecca is the best stylist on earth . Rebecca is confident in what I'm asking for and delivers always the best hair colour , cut ,blow dry and. Saloon feel good experience . I work in a large very popular store and I see a lot of ladies who always ask me where do you have your hair done it always looks fantastic and I always recommend the saloon The whole team at SAKS are the best Thank-you for another wonderful day at the hairdressers such a good well-being experience for everyone x x

Saks Doncaster always is a lovely, relaxed experience with friendly and professional staff. My husband even commented how beautiful my hair looked today which after 40 plus years of marriage is very unusual (lol).

I went in today really fed up and hating my hair, came out feeling a million dollars. If that’s all I get for Xmas I’m happy 😊

Stylist was changed with no explanation or apology, made to feel like an inconvenience, it was a late appointment but I’d already been happy to change the time at the salons request.
This was my third visit and will sadly be my last.
If someone isn’t a regular, please treat them with the same courtesy and level of service as you would them.

I walk into Saks looking like I’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards, and leave every time feeling like a princess. They are miracle workers.
