Chloe as always did a fantastic job, I wanted a slight change of colour and hairstyle but couldn’t quite decide. We went through the pics I had and she advised what would look best and I am so happy with the results. Always an excellent service.

Had a fab cut with April last week. I decided to take the plunge and have my very long hair cut into a shorter collar length shaggy bob and just love it. Always a fab experience at Saks wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The best hairdressers by far. Paul is a brilliant stylist and I am always genuinely happy with the result. Great salon, relaxed atmosphere.

I visited this salon for a hair transformation from blond to brunette, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Becky, went above and beyond to ensure that the color was perfect. The end result was even better than I had imagined. The salon itself had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff was friendly and professional. Really pleased with my visit to the salon today. Always looked after well by Paul and the team and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional friendly salon.

My first visit to Saks, arrived a little early. My appointment was delayed . All staff were polite, helpful and professional. Discussed my needs to April my stylist . My hair was cut and styled as I requested. Thank you Saks.

I always have a good experience Becky is an excellent stylist and very pleasant. I only have one thing to say that is negative and that’s the girl that washes hair had long nails and so hurt and scratched my head. Other than that a good experience as always.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my colour and cut now...I have tried different places in the past but no one understands my hair the way that Becky does. She understands what I do and don't like, what suits me and how different colours work with my hair. A true professional.

Amazing service took my 3 year old daughter for her hair done today and the staff was so welcoming and comfortable, my daughter was a bit scared to have her hair cut but the staff ensured that she was okay and made her feel more comfortable and relaxed , extremely gentle with her couldn’t recommend more
