It was first time I've gone to the hairdresser's in about 4 years and Saks has been amazing from start to finish. I always struggled with getting my haircut due to my awful hairline and the feelong of embarrassment, so kept cutting it myself, but I knew I had to finally brave it and go get it done by a proffessional and boy was I lucky to find this gem of a salon.
I was made extremely comfortable from the second I walked in through the door. The stylists are very welcoming and even offered a drink! (Coffee was lovely, thank you :) ) Everything was explained before and during the cutting process and I even got some tips on aftercare, too. I am definitely coming back when it's time again as this was the best haircut experience I've ever had. Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back. I can finally lose the hat when I go out!

Great salon, friendly staff who give good advice. I’d recommend Becky any day for any colour or restyle advice. Always a friendly welcome, can be a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.

I have been going to Saks for about 3 months and never looking back . Paul has done wonders to my hair,he is building back the love and self confidence I used to have for my "funcky' hair ,everyone inside is so lovely and professional, would recommend this place to anyone out there that's lost the joy of going to a hair salon, you will definitely find it here.

Had my hair coloured previously and cut today. Very happy. Chloe is always lovely and kind and obviously a fantastic hairstylist ❤️

I came in today with a full head of bleach blonde hair and a picture of the most difficult balayage lol ( I want it like this haha) Bex was amazing she explained what could realistically be achieved and what could go wrong! The end result was exactly like my picture I couldn’t be happier! What a talented team thank you xx

I've been going to Saks for a couple of years and I am always impressed by the advice by the stylist. I have gone from very short hair to a little longer and more feminine cut. The stylist explained exactly what he would do and I am over the moon with the cut and style.

As always,great colour and cut in pleasant surroundings with friendly staff.Not the cheapest salon,but you do get what you pay for.Highly recommended.

I always look forward to my time with Paul and the rest of the team. I feel looked after and cared for.
