This was the first time I got my hair coloured and when I showed April some inspo pictures she definitely delivered above and beyond! She really listened to what I wanted and put her own twist on to it and produced an amazing Ash brown balayage....might I say which was way better than the pictures I showed her! Her attention to detail and confidence really put me at ease! She is definitely an asset to SAKS! Very happy & will be returning for my next hair colour.

Becky is always so welcoming! Been coming Saks years and never been disappointed with results when I leave and today was no exception. Great job every time, perfect colour. I would not go anywhere else - thank you.

I’ve been coming to saks for over 10 years now and I would never go anywhere else! I’ve had my hair coloured & styled by almost all of the stylists and they are all amazing. Every visit they really listen and make sure you are completely happy every step of the way. Bex is absolutely fantastic and I would never go anywhere else!

Great cut from Paul

I usually get my haircut with another stylist which I never had any issues with, my hair before the appointment was up to my belly button, I specified that I want to keep as much as the length possible but still have some face framing done that is soft and blends in with the rest of my hair. The hair looked ok after it was done, however, now that my hair went back to wavy, I have botchy face framing, thick front pieces that are literally cut straight, looking like bangs instead of soft layers that blend, very short, as I specifically said I want them below my chin/neck area and they barely reach the chin. My hair is very short compared to what I came with and asked for, Jess is a lovely stylist so it might have been an occasion where this happened, however, I paid £42 for the service and now I will struggle for months to grow the thick front pieces in order to give them some shape, right before my friend’s wedding which is in May. I have been a client for almost 3 years now, but I don’t think I will return as my hair looks like I cut it myself.

Over a year of being unhappy with my hair ended today after my first visit to Saks.
Becky worked her magic on my recent hair disaster (that I had done elsewhere) and she achieved the most perfect highlights that I have ever had done. The look was completed with a fantastic blow dry by Stacey. Thank you so much! It’s been so long since I have loved my hair!

Jess has never done my hair before. She took time to chat to me about what I wanted. We decided to leave the cut but go ahead with a colour. I absolutely love the colour !!! Jess ensured it looks natural and compliments by skin tone. And the blow dry stayed in all day!!!

I absolutely love this salon, the service is amazing from walking in to walking out. They go through what you would like done from colour to cut and I can honestly say I walked out of there feeling a million dollars. Nothing is too much for the Saks team and I would highly recommend them.

Thankfully the manager has called me to discuss the dissatisfaction that I incurred and a potential resolution has been agreed. It won’t be instant but a sensible conversation has led to a plan of action.

Been going to Jess for a long time and is the only person I trust to colour my hair, I have had an appointment with her today and I’m absolutely in love like always… I have left feeling like a live Barbie doll, she always makes me feel so comfortable and is so chatty:)

The stylist did a good job in cutting/styling my hair.
However the result of the colour put on my hair is a problem … I clearly asked for it to be just the same as I always have … The result is definitely not what I thought that I had communicated.

She was absolutely fantastic , talked me through everything , recommended me colours what would go well with my skin tone , and the result looked fantastic
