Complete satisfaction every visit. Paul's years of experience are clear to see, he understands exactly what i ask whilst offering his professional opinion and advice too. I am quite fussy about my hair and would be reluctant to trust anyone else with the scissors. All the staff are friendly and welcoming in a great salon with a nice atmosphere. Top marks all round.

Chloe does a great pixie cut. Always friendly and listens to how you want your cut. Always a lovely service at Saks from being greeted at the desk, to the hair wash and the cut and blow dry

Came in today for a restyle showed Chloe some pictures of styles I liked and off she went after discussing it all through with me, such a friendly environment made to feel welcome from start to finish

Absolutely amazing, Becky is a master when it comes to colour and cut! The salon is gorgeous and staff can’t do enough for you.
They even managed to fit my daughter in at short notice and made it a really fun experience for her too.

I always love my experience at Saks. Jess is warm, friendly and a lovely hairdresser. The atmosphere in the salon is always lovely and all staff are chatty and kind. I recommend this salon to anyone that asks for a new salon.

Was a very enjoyable experience, I have never had my hair coloured before and was a bit apprehensive. The staff are lovely and friendly.

I went in wanting a change of hairstyle. Wanted some longer bangs at the front and I informed the stylist prior to her even touching my hair. However I ended up with a fringe. Which I absolutely did not want. I was very anxious and almost cried cause this wasn’t what I wanted and the hair is now cut and won’t grow back so quick. I wish she asked me first prior to cutting it, if I was happy with the length and then cut it in increments.
I had to leave almost half done cause I couldn’t sit there any longer with the disaster my hair was in.
I always chose to come to saks as have heard great reviews and had a lovely experience before. But this time was different. So I will have to rethink about my options of going back now.

I am so so pleased with my hair color and hair cut, Chloe listen to me so patiently and work out her magic to bring the best of you. The best transformation I could get around South Yorkshire I am sure, Chloe/Saks is the best.

I've been coming to SAKS for a few years now and Megan has always cut & coloured my hair. She's one of the best hairdresser's I've had; that's why I always ask for her. She's also kind and puts you at ease. I can't rate this place enough. I like that the salon is quite spacious too.
