Megan is good at listening and excellent at colouring/cutting. I asked her to advise me on the right cut and colour for my skin tone/face shape/age and she got it spot on. I used to hate going to the hairdressers- not any more. Thanks Megan x

Today was a return to Saks after several months away. I felt confident knowing that it would be a great experience. Paul did not disapoint, first discussing my needs before delivering fantastic service in giving me a beautiful cut which I am very happy with. The whole experience is positive because of friendly staff and excellent customer service. If you want the best I absolutely recommend Saks to you.

I was new to the salon today, and feeling nervous, but not for long. Megan took the care and time to make sure of what I wanted. I felt listened to and that she really wanted to do her best for me. I love my new cut! Very professional and attentive hairdresser. Will definitely come back.
