The lady that manages the shop is lovely, the same can’t be said for her staff. Tape refit £150, no additional hair refit only! Apparently completed by senior stylist Martin, lasted less than 4 weeks, tape cut too wide for extensions….resulted in a total mess. Loaded extensions at the nape of neck and several fell out within 4 days. Junior cutting tape for extensions was so rude and couldn’t be bothered being there. Poor quality hair definitely not 100% human hair. Went into the shop to book appointment for them to correct (willing to pay more money, this isn’t about having to pay)…lady who manages looked at the work and shook her head and said “oh Martin”….never mind bloody Martin stop letting customers get ripped off and treated this way. I’ve spent over £500 in the last 7 weeks with your shop and no I won’t be back for your staff to be rude, poor quality and service.
My advice to any potential customer….go elsewhere.

Staff guide properly
Came in for a full head of highlights and the trim and I came out with my long beautiful hair chopped off short because the young girl that was supposed to trim it cut my hair in steps and stairs so they had to even cut more off it to correct what she had done wrong I'm still that didn't give me a refund stay clear of the place

The stylists are good but the manageress does not respect her customers at all. She is ignorant and sarcastic and then doubled the price from the previous time without informing us.then had the receptionist tell us after shed disappeared. Also wouldnt hurt to be polite and say hello when customers walk thru the door I'm surprised you have customers left and if you do it ain't cos of you luv
I had an appointment booked for 4pm. After waiting 1 and a half hours and moving my car once for parking I eventually left due to my second lot of parking expiring. I had still not had my hair done- none of the hairdressers acknowledged how long I had waited or offered me a drink. Appalling service and I would NOT recommend
I'm sorry I can't give less than a star. They charge me 90£ for tape in extensions...just for the fitting, not the hair included. Also the phone of the lady was ringing every 5 min and she was not paying attention on my hair. I will NEVER go there again.
