The manager coloured my hair and Pheobe did the cut and blow dry. Highly recommend both ladies they were 100% professional and made sure I understood the whole colour process. I have very stubborn grey roots but every single hair strand it covered. I'm so pleased and already booked my next appointment.

Attended the Salon on 9th March and due to sickness, had stylist Megan.
Megan was great, she was welcoming and pleasant. She went above and beyond, checking I was okay, offering refreshments etc.
Megan spent the time with me before starting my hair to understand what I wanted and made sure she fully knew the requirements before starting.
It was a great first experience at Cutting Room and I left absolutely loving my new hair.

I had my hair done today by the very talented Adelle. I tell her what I want and after she's finished laughing she gives me the benefit of her advice and I listen. I have never seen one hairdresser for more than 3 appointments but I've seen Adelle for the last 2 years because she's that good. Adelle if you read this I lost the piece of paper you wrote on to tell me what to write so I hope I've remembered everything. LOL. Seriously, Adelle is a great hairdresser and The Cutting Room is a warm and friendly place. The stars of the show are Tan and Eric, 2 of the sweetest Border Terriers ever. It's a fantastic salon.

Very pleasant relaxing experience: no rush, everyone at ease and my hairdresser was vey accomplished. Several staff as well as Phoebe checked on me to offer tea/coffee/magazines etc so was impressed by their caring and teamwork. Used the Loo for the first time too - great decor- took me right back to the 6’sand onwards!! My choice….Shrimpton!!
