From start to finish a welcoming and wonderful experience. The fresh flowers in reception look beautiful, such a lovely little touch 🌸 The salon its self is immaculate and as soon as I arrived I was asked if I would like a drink. The woman on reception was so kind, welcoming and friendly.
It was my first time at the salon and I didn’t know what to expect so I was a little nervous, but I needn’t of been. Nicola is a wonderful stylist and a lovely chatty person. Everything I asked wasn’t too much trouble and the photos I showed her of how I’d like my hair she looked at and discussed with me. Nicola even gave me ideas I hadn’t thought of. I’m so happy with my highlights and cut, thank you.
I will definitely make this salon my go to place now I’ve found it.

The staff are friendly and professional. I get seen on time. And....I get a head massage and a drink(alcoholic if I fancy!).

£47.50 for a restyle, fringe trimmed and length trimmed. It was rushed. Basically felt that she didn’t want to do what I asked for……another customer waiting! Definitely won’t be going back 😩

I walked into the salon feeling glum and unattractive ( personal reasons). Arrived to a lovely smile and welcome, had the best experience with Zara as my stylist for the day, lovely lady with an amazing personality and stylist experience, the lady’s who bright me drinks and washed my hair were lovely girls too and made my visit even more enjoyable . I've been coming to this salon 3 months now. After staying with the same stylist for 15 years.

Mark has been my hair stylist since I was 19 and I wouldn’t have anyone else do my hair. He knows me, what I like and what works for me. He has adapted my style over the decades I have been with him whilst keeping me up to date and confident to recreate what he does at home. On national hair stylist appreciation day I just want to give a big shout out to Mark and all the staff at Creator who are friendly and professional. Highly recommend Creator.

Joanne was a lovely lady did her best. However I was disappointed with the final price I had to pay £170 for full highlights, cut and blow dry, specially for my hair that is thin and short. Plus the card payment machine wasn’t working and had to make bank transfer which it was time consuming.

Nicola was amazing as ever! She makes me feel welcome every time I visit and knows exactly what I want. I wouldn’t go to anyone else to have my hair done. Just perfect!

I have been using the salon for years. From the first time I walked in 30 years ago to walking out today, I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. The salon is welcoming and Mark is amazing. I’ve constantly changed my style, look and colour over the years and he’s never been phased. He always has great ideas, advice and a real understanding of my difficult hair.

Joanna cuts my hair beautifully and efficiently - as she's done for many years now. I always feel in good hands!
