I've been going to see Kelsey at Creator for 20 years. Always does exactly as I ask, cut to perfection (which is not easy with my hair type), always done with a smile. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am usually not going at going to new salons/trusting new hairdressers with my hair but Kate made me feel instantly comfortable! Extremely pleased with my cut and will definitely be back for colour with her soon! Would defo recommend!

Mark is a genius. I have never had a bad style in 30 years, whatever my style or colour. The salon has always had a really comfortable, friendly vibe and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely experience. Poor Joanne patiently listened to my rant. And on top of that gave me a great hairstyle. Left the salon feeling loads better both mentally and physically. Feel fab with my hairstyle. Lovely salon always does a fab job. Oh and the wine is lovely

Amazing service from start to finish, all the girls were lovely & gave me great tips for maintaining my colour & different colour services for next time. My highlights came out perfect & I couldn’t be happier.

New to Creators, 1st appointment. Felt listen too and well looked after. Very understanding, advice and overall great from Kate. Also to the assistant (apologies didnt get her name) who washed my hair, felt she took great care and was perfectly precise in making sure my colour around my head was off..have come home and not needed to do it myself,
(when in the past had to, from other hairdresser). Perfect, perfect, perfect.

Excellent consultation and will go above and beyond to meet expectations and I am not afraid to try something different with her. I have temperamental hair and she just knows how to deal with the curls and frizz. The salon is relaxed and not intimidating and everyone is friendly.

My experience of having my hair cut and coloured with Kate was second to none. From having a bad experience somewhere before I was a bit nervous and apprehensive.. But Kate listened to me as I explained what I would like and if I could have it done.. Kate explained what would be best and everything she would do. I can’t fault anything. Everything from start to finish was 100%.

Had a bridal hairdo. Unfortunately, the veil fell off right after I arrived at the venue as I stepped out of the car. Otherwise hair was secure. I had to ask my friend to put in the veil properly. A bit disappointed about the veil not being secures at the hairdressers as that was the second major reason I hired a hairdresser.

I’ve been one of Zara’s clients for years, but have been a customer of the salon for over 20 years. Wonderful salon and staff. Zara is an outstanding stylist ❤️

My fourth, three-monthly trim with Nicola, to keep my hair in shape and to trim off the split ends, I'm steadily growing my hair longer. I'm very satisfied. Nicola does a fantastic job, and on every visit my hair gets closer to my goal. The appointments are also a very good social. 10/10. I took some photos after the appointment, and you're welcome to see them and use them if you want.

Kate was very friendly and delivered good customer service. Someone else washed my hair who came across unenthusiastic and unfriendly. While washing my hair, they brushed my hair with a comb. This was quite strange as hair is not supposed to be brushed during the washing process as it damages hair. The service was quite expensive for the low quality produced. My hair felt damaged and the styling was very uneven and frizzy. Very disappointed in my experience.

Reception, welcoming, smiling & cheerful as always.Joanna always professional, checking if last color selection we had was ok and if we wanted to change anything. Had my usual Latte brought to me by Ella. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. 5 star service every time.
