Really lovely atmosphere and hairdresser. Listened to what I wanted and helped me work our how to make this work best for me. So happy with how my hair looks now!

I’ve been having my hair done by Zara for years and she never fails to do an amazing job. She even knows what I want when I don’t even know! I always leave feeling amazing and a lot more confident. Zara is really talented and always manages to get my colour perfect. All the apprentices are lovely too and the coolers are gorgeous!

You won’t get a better cutter/styler than Mark, salon v relaxing too for Young or more mature

I was extremely pleased with my first haircut with Joanna. My hair is fine & unforgiving, but with careful layering & changes to the style, it now appears to have ‘body’. Definitely the best cut ever! Also, in depth advice about improvements to be made with future colour.

Brilliant hair styling. Kelsey discusses in detail how you want your hair to look and also gives great advice on what style woul best suit your face shape and hair type. Kelsey never disappoints and takes great pride in doing a fantastic job and ensuring you are happy with the result. Also great customer service from all stall at the salon.

My second cut and finish with Nicola. I'm extremely happy with everything... The consultation, the social, the finished result. (I don't need any colour services as asked about in the next section, because my hair colour is fine, naturally). I'm seeing Nicola again in three months.

I love Creator for many reasons. Everyone is totally friendly and helpful: it's a very stylish salon, but not where you feel too unstylish to enter! The level of talent and training is exceptional and I always get a great cut. Kelsey understands my hair, lifestyle, and level (lack) of commitment to styling much at home, and creates a style which I wash and leave but still gets compliments... a lot! Add to this the great products they use, fab drinks, massage chairs.... and you have the perfect place.

The Christmas drinks menu was lovely and included a mince pie, Debbie on reception is also a little gem with a welcoming smile, merry Christmas to you all

Hands down best place to get your hair done, Zara is the best hairdresser I have ever had, I’ve never had someone who can do exactly what I want and achieve it so brilliantly. She’s so warm and friendly, that I can walk in with a million problems, and leave with gorgeous hair and peace of mind, 10/10 recommend you can get your hair done and a counselling session in one. And if things are feeling tough, you’re going out with your friends, or it’s that needed me day out, Zara will get you a drink and give you the day you deserve. I really couldn’t recommend anyone better.

You’re greeted on arrival by a very lovely lady at the front desk whom checks you in, you then get the full salon service with what you’re having done (they offer multiple services and they even have a complimentary drinks menu!) everyone on site is friendly and professional, which is a very nice experience. If you’re looking for a professional reputable welll established salon this is it! Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at Creator Hair.

As always a pleasure to have my hair styled. Excellent service, all the staff pleasant and professional. A student dried part if my hair, did a great job. Just jove going to Creator soooo much.

I have been coming to Kelsey for a long time as she is the only person who understands my hair and knows how to cut and blow dry it without me having to go home and do a redo,
Always consults and happy to try something different.
Staff are friendly and the salon is not intimidating like some appear. It is spacious and there is a drinks menu.
Since Covid though I do miss the massage chair controllers but you can still get a good head massage if you want when you get your hair shampooed! All in all a good experience and I would definitely recommend my hairdresser and Salon
