Ruby is friendly and chatty and I felt at ease and relaxed.She tidied up my hair which had grown quite a bit since last time she cut it and gave me a patch test in case I have it coloured next time as she hadn’t coloured it before.It was only the second time I’d used the salon.

I loved the haircut, the whole experience was very relaxing and Ben was very attentive.

Excellent as usual. Glynn is very knowledgeable and gives good advice and an excellent cut.

Amanda recommended multivitamin power recovery cream, and my face looked better after the first use ( as she said it would). Product to be used twice a day. After three days, the lines on my forehead looked as if they had been ironed away, my annoying frown lines were much less pronounced, and my face felt soft and plump, and less saggy. Really amazed and impressed at the results. Product goes on over serum, and smells good, so feels easy to use. Definitely over packaged, but hopefully something Dermalogica could address in time.
Followed up with the ProMultivit treatment with Amanda and this has boosted the results. As always, Amanda's professionalism shines through.

Another wonderful morning spent with the fantastic Amanda. My back was particularly painful and she got to work and carefully eased my pain. Also worked on other areas of my neck that are usually very knotted. Her hands are truly magical.

I wear the hijab and was a bit apprehensive if the salon could cater to my needs. The team has been absolutely wonderful in accommodating my preferences and making me feel comfortable. Ruby went out of her way to ensure my privacy was respected and made the experience so easy for me. Her blow-drying skills are second to none—she always leaves my hair looking perfect! The whole team has been incredibly respectful and accommodating, and the unlimited coffee is a great bonus. Thank you for creating such an inclusive and welcoming space!
